  No, this is meant for a P226 originally chambered in .40 S&W only. It should not fit properly in a 9mm slide and 9mm magazines are not generally compatible with .357 sig either.
• Q: Will this fit a full-size P320?

  Richard, No this barrel is for a P226 and will not function in a P320. They are not interchangeable. The P226 9mm barrel will swap with an older P220 9mm. The P229C will swap with P224.
  Besides the length of the barrel, the location and angle of lower barrel lug, which "tilts" the chamber end of the barrel into the ejection port to lock it into place, is different.

• Q: Is this barrel 357 Sig or 40 S&W? I want to convert a P226ASE that is now chambered for 40 S&W to 357 Sig using a 4.4 inch drop in barrel conversion.. Is this the right barrel to do that?

  Yup, it should drop right in and work just fine. Depending on the type of ammo you use you may need a different recoil spring too.
