Quality gun for a good price. Smooth transaction

Got my shot gun fast, thank you Buds! Came brand new in the box. Looks great fires great! Put 50 rounds through it so far so good. Choke was a little loose but I tighten it up no biggie. Very happy with this shotgun.

All around great shotgun but there are a few things that bother me. First and foremost, all of the screws (although there aren't very many) on this thing need loctite. After a day of shooting a mix of birdshot, buckshot, and slugs, including some 3" shells, I noticed the rear sight and rail were loose and one of the screws is now missing. The barrel/magazine tube clamp also tends to work itself loose because it is just one relatively small phillips head screw holding it together and it is difficult to put a lot of torque on it. Even without falling completely off, the magazine tube extension also seems to start unscrewing itself after repeated firing. And on that note, you can disassemble the entire gun with no tools whatsoever... except for the barrel clamp. If you find yourself with the above mentioned problem in the field and forgot to bring a medium sized phillips head screwdriver, which I consider to be an uncommon tool as far as guns are concerned, you're SOL. Unfortunately this will just have to be replaced with something better, since this part also has to be removed frequently for cleaning. One thing to keep in mind is that all of this required over 100 shells in a single day for these problems to surface, so it's not as if the gun is just poorly made. I suppose the difference between this and a more expensive pump shotgun is really just a matter of how much abuse it will take before running into problems like this. It is simple, fires and extracts reliably, and has everything you need in a shotgun. For $450 I can live with a few minor issues, and other than that I consider this is quite a bargain. Also haven't had any problems with the finish or rust on the receiver as a few other 870 express owners have mentioned, so another big plus there.

Love this Gun! Took it out to the range and it preformed great. I give it a 4 star because the ejector is not that great at ejecting.but other than that it's amazing. love the sights. this gun isn't meant for skeet shooting but its works great for that.and one more thing that's not cool is the paint job. as soon as i took it out of the box just from the shipping there was already chucks of it missing so its not that durable. but i would still recommend this to anyone for home defense.

Typical 870 - it eats anything you can put through it. I like the looks of the ATACS pattern on this rifle. My only issue is that it's not durable and wears off moderately easily in regular wear areas.

Great gun good price. On my second gun from buds sigp238 payed with credit card and 4 days later still hasn't shipped. Should have used cash the shipping time take just as long. But the 870 Rocks and is delv in greaqt shape. Just not too fast shipping.

Just picked up the gun from my FFL today. Brought it home and ran birdshot, 00 buckshot and slugs through it. Everything worked perfectly and the gun looks great. I`m so happy with Buds that I just ordered a DoubleStar M4 from them. Thanks!
