I'm very pleased with my purchase, this gun is very accurate and very little recoil. Very smooth shooting with the FNX .40 caliber and will be purchasing another firearm from Bud's in the very near future.

Finally made it to the range with my newly acquired FNX-40. It was an absolute pleasure to shoot. The grip on the gun is awesome, just like the FNX-45, the recoil control was easy. Am truly considering the 40 for a new carry gun.

one of the top three handguns Ive ever fired. Makes shooting a .40 S&W enjoyable again due to the lowered bore axis built into this gun.Very accurrate comes with three magazines a nice carrying case and four backstrap inserts. in my opinion the best bang for your buck in this class of handgun.

Bud's is AWESOME !! ... FNX 40 is a great gun .. Put fifty rounds in a 5 inch circle @ 25 yrds. The trigger is nice and smooth .. the Sa/Da is nice too ... came with three mags ... Awesome surprise ! slider spring is very tight and difficult for my wife to slide but this gun is for me anyway. all said ... VERY NICE GUN

Excellent pistol. Very well balanced. The trigger has a little more slack in it than I personally like, but it doesn't take long to get used to it. DA is a long and hard pull, as expected, and SA is a nice and soft trigger pull. Just as others have stated, the magazine springs are very stiff and a speed loader is helpful. Takedown of the pistol is extremely easy. Great price for an excellent pistol and three magazines.

LOVE the FNX40. Combat sights took some time to adjust to, but now... WOW! Excellent, tight groupings. I have ran @800 rounds of various manufacturers through the pistol. No FTF, No FTE, No FTL. Trigger is SMOOTH. Magazines took some time to loosen up to get in the 14th round. Overall I am very pleased. I shoot lefty and my wife shoots righty so the FNX is a great gun forus. BTW the wife shoots it better than I do, so ladies don't be afraid of this 40.

This is my 3rd transaction with Buds and again, fast, flawless service as expected. This gun is awesome! Recoil is almost like a 9mm, comes with 3 mags and feels great in the hand. Ran 100 rounds today with it and had consistent groupings throughout. Field strip is a breeze- no tools needed and the stainless slide and barrel quality are definitely top rate. Trigger pull is consistent and having a manual safety with decocker is also an added treat. Bought separately an HKS speed loader which works awesome with this mag so my only wish was that this package came with a magazine loader of some sort. Gun is lightweight and overall is top quality in polymer guns comparable to my XDs if not better. Very satisfied with FNH quality.

Overall I like this FNX 40 very well. It is a solid value for the price and seems to be built quite well. The grip is a little wider than most other handguns so just bear that in mind if selecting this pistol. The magazine springs are very tight but hopefully will ease a bit after some use, having a speed loader is a big plus. I put 100 rounds through this pistol at the range and it handled very well. Recoil was very manageable and accuracy seemed on par but my groups were all to the right about an inch or so at 10 yds, not sure if it was me or the sights maybe need a little adjustment. Shot my friends Xdm 40 the same day and shots were dead on. Anyway, this was my first purchase from Bud's and I am very satisfied both with the product and timely delivery to my local gun store.

This gun seems to be a good value for the money. However, I don't think that there is much of a "fine quality" handgun here. I ordered this strictly for home defense and combat shooting so it will get many rounds fired through it along with some wear and tear. I mostly own SigSauer and Browning gus which are of much higher quality in my opinion. The one part that bothers me about this particular gun is that the butt plate of the magazine does not sit flush with the bottom of the exchangeable grip peice. That peice catches very easily on anything that would rub across it. Time will tell how well the composite material holds up, it seems to be more thin at the end of the barrel than others I have seen. With all of that said, I have heard from many shooters how well these guns perform and hold up which helped me make the decision to purchase. As far as Bud's...great transaction, very fast. This is my third order and I am extremely pleased with the purchase process. Thanks guys!
