Love this gun. Looks great in stainless and easier to clean. Extreamly accurate. It could use a colored insert for the front site. I put a drop of white nail polish on mine. This gun will be around long after I'm gone.

I learned of Buds from a friend that bought a Smith & Wesson .44 mag from them. He had great things to say so I purchased my Ruger Blackhawk in .357. This thing is SWEET!! I loaded it up with .38 special and it was almost like shooting.22LR. Almost no recoil. I then loaded with .357 and I was pleasantly surprised. Recoil was very easy to control. Two handed, one handed, weak side, no problems whatsoever.

I have a couple of friends with various Glock models in 9mm. One of them shot the Ruger and the next question was where did you get this and how much?

I placed the order on 5-15-12 and the gun was shipped to my FFL on 5/22 and I received an e-mail with the ups tracking number. I picked up the gun on 5-24-12. I will be purchasing more guns through Buds in the future.

This is a great pistol to shoot, fires .38 and .357. Very smooth function and almost looks too beautiful to shoot. Almost that is. One thing I have found is that Flitz will clean any stainless weapon right up. When you hold this weapon, you know where each and every dollar you spent on it went. Its well worth the price.

I love my Blackhawk. It is my first single action that is not a 22, and it is everything I hoped it would be. I bought some Buffalo Bore hot loaded 180 grain and it handled it great, though it did remind me of a friend's Super Blackhawk. The 6 1/2 inch barrel doesn't clear leather quickly, but that's not why i bought it. The action is crisp, the cylinder rotates smoothly. Some people don't like the click click click of the cylinder as it rotates but to me it just sounds like good Ruger engineering. My next gun will be a 45 Blackhawk.
