RUGER 10/22 TAKEDOWN 22 LR - 10+1 Rounds

This is my first 10/22 and despite only having had the thing for a few weeks, I am already enjoying it a great deal. It has functioned flawlessly with both CCI and Aguila ammo - in both HV and SV. Not a single hiccup in probably 1000 rounds. The only change I have made to the rifle is the addition of Tech Sights, which is a concession to my aging eyes. While I have not been able to shoot it at any distance due to the weather; at indoor distances, it has proven plenty accurate with the open sights. I would not see this as a bench rest rifle, but as an off-hand plinker - it is really well suited in term of weight, balance, etc. The take-down aspect of the design is also quite nice, in that it allows for both easy carrying and cleaning. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good, fun plinker.

This was the first ever purchase thru Bud's. Had a little snafu but that was my fault. The gun arrived in great condition. A little bit more of a gap where it attaches compared to my original black plastic stock model. Will see how well it shoots when I get a chance to. Hope to do business again when the product that is out of stock comes in.
