The SS Evolution stock in the Sky blue/grey color combination has a
radical design made possible through the increased strength of hardwood
laminates. While the bolt is on the right hand side, the stock design is
fully ambidextrous including the cheekpiece, teardrop pistol grip and
palm swell. The extreme free float provided by the SS Evolution stock
design ensures the realization of the full target potential of the 455
Varmint platform. The 455 Varmint action along with the SS Evolution
stock will accept any of the accessory barrels available for the 455
platform including the American and Lux (open sights) as well as other
varmint weight barrels in any available caliber. A 5 rd. magazine is
included.

I really love this rifle. I've had it about a month and it's been a pleasure to shoot. I've paired it with an inexpensive Simmons 3-9 x 32 Mag .22 scope on top of some Talley Rimfire Rings for CZ. The rings sit the scope up about an inch, and they're beautifully machined, so it's not too crazy I spent almost as much on the rings as I did on the scope. But anyways, the 455 performs beautifully, has exceptional finishing and action, and always gets a few second looks at the range. With the forestock on a resting bag on the bench, I can consistently (e.g., every time) create 1/2" groups at 25 yards. I am no expert, by any stretch, so this rifle is uber accurate. The trigger is very clean, with no pre-travel, and a nice clean break. As of yet I have not adjusted it. I will get myself a few magazines. To be honest I was skeptical of the poly mag, but it really has worked fine, and seems durable. I've found CCI Quiet rounds are a bit low (about an inch), but it seems to love the higher end match stuff, Remington Thunderbolts, CCI Tactical, and even bulk Golden Bullets. I have three firearms from Bud's and they have all gone without a hitch. I order online, specify in-store pickup, they email me within a week, and there I go to get it! An excellent operation.
