As stated, the pistol I received was unissued and brand new. The fired case had a date of 2013. The night sights were good and strong. This pistol appears to have a more parkerized finish that the other M&P pistols that I have. I received 3 magazines, 3 grips, a lock, all paperwork and a box. There is no magazine safety on this model if that is an issue for you. I am not sure what more to say. It is a brand new pistol. As for Bud’s, I have always had good luck with them. I tried the e-check option this time. It took a little bit longer for the gun to ship, but they made that pretty clear when I bought it. It saves you a few buck too. I will do business with Bud’s in the future.
