  Hi Jeffrey, the receiver is not drilled/tapped, so you have 2 options (3 if you count duct tape). You can go to a gunsmith & have it drilled & tapped to mount a picatinny rail, or you can use a vent rib mount. In my opinion, the vent rib mount would put the sight too far towards the front of the gun.

• Q: Will it mount and would this be good for this pistol rifle?

  That will mount to a CZ scorpion, it mounts directly to a picatiny rail like the Scorpion has in top.
  As for would it be good? Depends on what you are using it for? Range toy? Sure.
  Home defense, or competition? No.
  The optic window doesn't have much supporting it and could easily break if it was impacted or dropped, for home defense/competitive shooting id go with something more rugged
  Sig romeo5, Sig MSR, Vortex crossfire
  Are all good durable and reasonably priced.
