First, the issues with the gun. The front sight post is horrible on it. And you really need to break it in a bit before loading isn't a pain. Lastly, I'd suggest a good breakdown and thorough cleaning. Aside from that, the gun is fun as can be. This is not a practical handgun. This is something you freaked up to the farm or out on the range and have an afternoon with. Though it does also make a good bush gun if you have a decent scabard for it. Would have given five stars, if not for the front post.

Rossi and Buds have made a loyal customer of myself. Two day shipping to my FFL , great packaging and a great customer service that had the patience to say everything twice, and loud to an aging, hard of hearing old guy. Fresh from the box the professionaly heat treated receiver jumps out at you, the bluing is nice and the balance is spot on. Cocking and feeding ammo went with out a hitch cept' for the sharp edge of the feed, easy fix with fine file. Fed 6 hornaday lever fun ammo, fired without a jam. A spring kit and a smoothing of wear surfaces has made the this a dream to fire. The 92 is my goto for some fun shoots. Thanks for all you have provided Bud.

All 3 calibers of this model are accurate and versatile although there are no holsters presently on the market that can hold this gun as a side arm conveniently. It is easier to carry this gun in your hand or in a backpack. The models that were made for this gun in the old west and for the TV show "Wanted Dead or Alive" had a 3" shorter barrel (9") and 2" shorter butt stock and custom form fitting holsters were made for them.
