  Yes Joseph, the front sight/gas block is on the same plane as the rear receiver.

  Factory new and priced to go Curt. As a larger retailer (usually by many times) Buds) large bulk purchases from distributors allows for some spectacular savings. This is what allows almost unbelievable prices on many firearms at Buds.
