Loved size of gun and had a great trigger on it but that's where the good stops. Ran 60rds through the pistol and every single mag I had a failure to eject or fail to feed. Sent into Taurus and they replaced extractor and said mag release was also replaced. Took out to the range and same exact problem. I ran 4 different types of ammo through the pistol and could never get through a mag without an issue. Maybe I got a lemon? Wanted to like it but had to sell

First time doing business with Buds Gun Shop and I couldn't be more pleased. My gun, a Taurus 738 .380, arrived at the FFL dealer 5 days after I placed order. It said no case, but came in a case. Shot it the day after I got it. Recoil is not bad at all for a gun that light. Front sight is a little hard to see but a little white or bright yellow paint will take care of that. Overall I am very pleased with the whole process of the transaction from the start. Would not hesitate to buy from Buds again. Great shooting little carry gun.

This little Taurus was guite a surprise. It's ultimately carryable, but the real surprise is how well it shoots. You do have to concentrate just to see the sights but with a very comfortable grip and a great trigger it's really accurate. It can be ammo sensitive but I found this mainly with the after market mag I purchased. With the stock magazine, even when using hornaday hollow points I've had no failures through 150 rounds. So if you want extra mags I'd get the Taurus mags. This one is a nice surprise, very fun to shoot.

I call this the noisy cricket as it is very snappy to shoot. Decent little pocket pistol but not a thrill to shoot. It is made well and feels solid but as it is a small frame it has considerable recoil. I get less felt recoil from my 9mm and 40SW than I do from this pistol. If I had it to do again I would try the Ruger before buying this one.
