Frank, It should. 605 is 5 round 38 special/357. Only problem is cylinder and spacing on 605 could be larger due to it handling 357. So with the 605 having larger cylinder then the 85 and J frames it probably wouldn't. I don't think it would fit rounds in cylinder correctly.

This speedloader is a bit of a narrow fit for my S&W 638 due to the grip thickness, but with a little practice, one can learn to overcome this hurdle. Gives peace of mind if ever I carry my revolver to know I have a few extra rounds if they're ever needed.
