Great gun never had a problem with it I have gone through about 6000 rounds

This pistol is basically an Elite Dark with melted rail, bobbed beaver tail and rose wood grips. It has the short trigger plus the short reset trigger (SRT) and adjustable combat night sights which are very bright. The P226 grip is a hand full (which I like) but may be a bit large for small hands. I did the initial field strip, clean and lube with an inspection, and found no flaws at all. The fit and finish was excellent. Now for the fun part, ran 100 rounds of 180g Federal American Eagle ammo through is flawlessly, more accurate than most at this price range. I would recommend this pistol for any type of shooting, some may think it’s a bit large for a carry weapon but I’m going to give it a try. This was my first time ordering from Buds Gun Shop. I used there layaway plan and everything went perfectly. Very good shipping, paid it off on Friday morning and received it Monday. Couldn’t ask for more!!

WOW!!!!! I have 2 other 226's which I purchased from Bud's and they are my go to home protection pieces. One lives on my bedside table and the other lives in my computer room at the other end of the house. I'm a big handed person an the 226 is a gun that just feels like an extension of my body. Weight, size grip etc are all absolutely perfect for me. That being said this gun really blew me away. The action is very crisp and everything moves so smoothly. I assume that the felt smoothness is due to the elite slide. Everything works like melted butter. I ran 200 rds thru her yesterday using Bitterroot reloads, Freedom reloads and Federal Champion. Then ran one mag of Z-max thru her as that is the only HP I have at this point. Everything fed an fired without a single problem. The other thing I really like about this gun is the grip. I usually change out to Hogues right away because wood grips are so slippery. This grip has a roughened panel that is hard to see in the picture. It is sort of like medium grit emory cloth and provides awesome grip and control with without being too grippy. All in all an awesome piece which I am very proud of. Bud's was great as usual, but y'all already know that.

Love the looks and feel of this Sig. I have a dozen Sigs, but this looks and fires like a dream.

Wow, great gun! Feels great in my hand, very accurate and a real great gun to shoot. Took it to the range today and put through 100 rounds. Flawless, would have shot it more if I could get more ammo. Great service, ordered it on a Sunday evening, was at my FFL on Wednesday, first purchase from Bud's plan on buying more.

Important note... This is not a Sig 226 Elite as the sub-heading on the add reads. It is a Sig P226 "Special Configuration". It has the Elite Slide, but does not have all the features of a P226 Elite. That was not clear to me when I ordered the gun. With that said, the gun is beautiful and is still a good value in my opinion. I was just under the impression that I was getting a Sig P226 Elite.

Beautiful gun and feels great in the hands. This one is just for my collection and I will most likely never even fire it. I've got several other guns including similar Sigs to keep my skills honed. Just had to have it.
