I waterfowl hunt a lot. Salt water and cold is tough on a gun. If you keep this thing clean, you will not have a problem. Especially the Firing Pin. This thing cycles shells so quickly that you can get triples on a flock easily. Plus, the Kick Off System helps you fire and stay on the next one. Love this thing. You do have to be aware of its weight and the thickness of the forearm stock. That may be something to look at ahead of buying the gun. It's hard to find a good waterfowl gun in camo 26 inch but this is one.

Great gun so far. I’ve only had it for a month, but I’ve dove hunted several times and had no problems cycling light game loads. Gun looks great, feels great, and seems to be very accurate. I can’t wait to see how she does this duck season, which is where I really expect her to shine. This gun is also very simple and fast to take apart for day to day maintenance and cleaning which is nice. Overall very pleased with my purchase of the A400.
