  Anthony, This firearm has no ambidextrous features. So I would say set up for a righty. You can operate it as a left handed shooter. It's an AK platform, you can shoot it right, left, or upside down.

  Ahmed, Since the magazine "Catch" is located at the back of the magazine and not the sides like AR magazines, you will need AK specific .223 Magazines : budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/714003477/ProMag+AK-A5+AK-101+Magazine+30RD+5.56x45mm+Black+Polymer A buddy uses these in his Arsenal 5.56 they work fine and are a great value.

  Steven, this rifle can use TAPCO GALIL/GOLANI mags, or the Bulgarian Waffle Mags that usually come with the rifle : http://jesticearms.com/Bulgarian-Waffle-5.56-SLR-106-Mag-Smoke -- There will need to be some filing on the sides for the AK-74 magazines to work.
