Love my Henry lever action especially with 22 shorty ammo...

Absolutely impressed by this rifle! Im getting about 3/4" 50 yard 5 shot groups with this shooting bulk federal auto match. I cycles great, feels smoth and has a surprisingly good trigger. I definitely recommend

The Henry 001 rifle is perfect, with a scope it’s a top notch rifle.

Great little rifle for all around use. Can't comment on the iron sights as age and poor sight has set in. Mounted a small 6 power scope on it and in just a few rounds had it zeroed in at 50 yards. I can hold it to a 25 cent pc. at 50 yards. I like my 10/22 but I wouldn't trade the Henry for one.

Henry Lever Action 22 cal. Is a breeze to use and enjoy. Very smooth and after more than 700 rounds, not a single jam. This is definitely an excellent firearm.

If I had known this gun would be so great to shoot I would have bought one earlier. It's action is smooth and so easy to use. My 8-year-old grandson loves to shoot it too and can shoot it by himself under my supervision. Anyone who loves shooting a .22 should consider buying this gun it is really fun to shoot.

Not much I can say about this Henry rifle that hasn't already been said. It's a Henry so it's an excellent gun. Shoots smooth as butter and the quality is second to none. Made in America or not made at all! I am truly impressed with this little 22. You would not go wrong getting one of these for yourself. I highly recommend! Buds was fantastic as usual!

I bought this Henry 22 to teach my grandson how to shoot. He loves it and handles it very well. Only problem is I love it to. It is sweet. I don't really have a use for a 22, but I am seriously considering buying another one for his grandad.

I love Henry rifles for small game

I've been shooting since I was a child and am a former Army combat NCO. I don't know everything but I know all I need to know about shooting, training others to shoot, and how to keep safety first. I taught my own family, visitors, and even my 6-year-old daughter to shoot using the time-tested, American-made Henry lever action .22 and it has always been the best rifle to introduce anyone who hasn't fired a weapon to have a safe and positive first experience with shooting, and this is the key to fostering responsible future Americans who will appreciate and not abuse our right to bear arms and to continue the responsible hunting and fishing that was handed down to us from past generations. I use the Henry often and it shoots every time I pull the trigger and it shoots straight like any other Henry and is worth every penny. A .22 with the proper ammunition in the proper hands can take down a deer or provide defense against an intruder. I personally prefer to have a magazine-fed .22 like the time-tested Ruger 10/22 but there is nothing more nostalgic than a good old-fashioned lever action. The kids love it.

High quality Henry 22 rifle. Very accurate and no misfires. Use caution if your new to lever action. There’s not really a safety. When you cycle the action with live ammo in the magazine, the only thing remaining is to aim and pull the trigger. You can slowly lower the hammer down, but it’s a rim fire shell so
