Mossberg makes a great shotgun. This is a fantastic shooter.

As always very fast delivery from BUDS, The shotgun is even better looking in person it also has a shell holster already installed on the stock. It was very easy to install multiple attachments and its performance is amazing it feels and looks like a high end shotgun. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I ordered this gun on a thurday, received It the following thursday. Everything was as described.....one thing,, the discription did not describe as the gun coming with a side saddle 6 shot, It did come with It, awesome! Thanks to buds

This shotgun is great. Shoots like a dream, and being able to change the length of the stock is perfect for myself and my girlfriend. But, when disassembling the gun the screws that hold the stock to the receiver were completely stripped. This made it impossible to take the gun apart for even basic cleaning. After removing the barrel you HAVE to take off the stock to get to the trigger assembly. I give buds 5 out of 5, they were great, even though they are as busy as they are. This is my 3rd purchase with them, and every time it goes flawlessly. BUT, Mossberg quality control should have noticed that these screws were COMPLETELY stripped. I am in contact with Mossberg customer service, and I am hoping they can fix this problem for me. I give buds 5 out of 5, but as of right now I give this shotgun a 3 out of 5. This is a problem that could have been avoided with a little more attention to detail by Mossberg. Once I get this taken care of, and if the gun functions as it should when I get it back I will chance this to 5 out of 5

Great Shotgun! This thing kicks like a mule and is accurate at 25 yards +. I love the adjustable stock, the ring sights are helpful and the tri-rail is exactly what I wanted when I bought this gun. It was super easy to mount a fore-grip on the bottom and a light on the side. The purchase with buds was smooth as usual.

I bought this shotgun for home defense. This is a great weapon for that purpose. I am very familar with pistols, and so my pistol is my first choice for this assignment. If someone is not as familar with pistols as I am, I would give them this shotgun. It really is a point and shot type of weapon. I will also say that the sound of a pump action shot gun being loaded is a very well known and destinctive sound. The Buds service was very good, and extremely fast. Thanks Buds, I will be buy more guns from you.

I purchased this Mossberg for HD and for animal control (we live in a very rural area, and bears are a common problem). Usually I'll be keeping it loaded with 00 buck shot, but this time of year I'm keeping rubber bullet (law enforcement) rounds to discourage the bears in our yard. I got this version because of the collapsible stock so my wife would be more comfortable using it - the full-size stock did not fit her at all (she is petite), and when she tried the shortened stock it made it easier for her to handle, and pulled the center of gravity back so she could balance it better. She also felt more comfortable with the pistol-grip feature. I like the round capacity of this model, and the ghost ring sights are so easy and intuitive to use, especially for someone not as familiar with aiming (wife and other family members) who may be the ones that have to use it when the occasion arises. After looking at various models and manufacturers, I felt this was the best price for the best package that met my needs.
