I own only two Sig's and this forty shoots and handles well. I have had no issues with this gun and would recommend it.

I didn’t like the tactical rails, I sold it, then bought same gun without the tactical rails.

Again, fast shipping (same day). So far Buds is exceeding their normal shipping timeframe. The pistol was in excellent shape and arrived promptly and as advertised. Bud's price for this one was the best I found online.

This is an outstanding pistol! Took it to the range, not a single misfire and an excellent shot group inmediatly on first shots. Well balanced,and a defensive must to have pistol!

Great gun, great price, great service. Only surprise was the fact it came with the E2 grip installed. I had ordered one separately expecting I would need to upgrade the grips.

Great product only came with one mag and a voucher for another mag that will come only god knows when...... I would think new guns would have the priority over single mag sales but not at sig.....

I purchased this handgun Wednesday night, 12/1/10 and received it at my FFL on Saturday at noon. Can't say enough about Bud's service. The transaction was about as smooth as I've ever experienced. In this day of poor customer service, Bud's is a refreshing and welcome change. Don't even think about going anywhere else. Gun is exactly as described. Well balanced, quality firearm. Buy it.

I purchased this handgun a few weeks ago from Buds. This is an excellent firearm and is very accurate. A added a soft rubber Hogue grip and I've never held a gun that's more comfortable. Ordering from Buds I had to wait about a week and a half to get it, but it's worth it. A great price for a great gun.

I have the P229R SCT 40 S&W (14+1 rnds). Solid, well built gun! Shoots straight and true. I have put over 400 rounds through it in two weeks. No issues. It is heavy and only big men could conceal/carry.
