Love this gun. Wasnt sure if I would like the composite reciever but hasnt been a problem. Im pretty rough on my toys and its stood up to me and my kids hunting with it. Wasnt so happy with the red dot scope would have rather had iron sites, I put a scope on after missing a couple deers but other than that I would buy it again.

Nice shooting AR, no issues at all. Didn’t like the red dot so I bought a little aim point scope for it and it’s really accurate. I didn’t add any extras to it or change anything on it, I use it for a truck/tractor gun to keep the wild hogs run off my property.

This Bushmaster CAR 15 was exactly what I wanted. It is lightweight and effective. I've had little to no misfires or malfunctions with various ammo.

This appears to be a very high quality firearm. At the time I purchased it it was very reasonably priced, I am not sure why it is so expensive right now. The transaction went flawlessly at Bud's. They're one of the most reputable and quality vendors in America.

The reddot scope was not up to par. Did not keep zero. Battery life was low. The rotation control would get activated inside case. The adjustable stock was stiff and difficult to operate

Product is superb. True fire and no complaints. Would recommend to anyone especially first time AR buyer.

The thin barrel gets very hot quickly. Polymer upper and lower aren't the best setup though it is light to carry.

I have put over 1,000 rounds in this already with no jams with the Bushmaster clips, only a few jams with a cheaper aftermarket metal clip. I should have bought the Magpul clips but wanted the stock look of the metal clips and Magpuls are expensive. This gun is very fun to shoot and the deal was great. Great purchase.

Nice lightweight gun ! ranch rifle

Great gun for the money! Had to make a few adjustments but it shoots well and will be great for my wife who can't handle a heavier weapon.

Good for the money. I've had mine for a few years now and probably put a few thousand rounds through it without any major issues. It's very light. I put a new optic on it as well as some iron sights. Also put on a slidefire stock which you have to swap out the buffer tube to a mil-spec one first, but it's not a hard job. Really fun gun. The next AR I buy will be a more expensive one, but for a starter AR I really can recommend this one.

As always Bushmaster proves to be a well-built gun with quality parts and fun to shoot. I like this Carbon-15 because it is light so adding accessories still keeps it from being a very heavy rifle to carry. Some people think it is silly to add accessories to this gun as it is meant to be light and manageable but I say to hell with that, load the thing up with lights, lasers, optics, etc. and enjoy the fact that it doesn't feel like you are carrying a brick with a sling. The red dot optics that come with this rifle are a joke so be prepared to toss it upon receiving the gun and adding a good optic of your choice. Fun to shoot with a good trigger and smooth action. No jams or issue of any sort even when using cheaper ammo. As for Buds service, do I really need to say how great this company is? Order a few times and find our for yourself. I don't buy from ANYONE else.. EVER.
