My first purchase with Buds and it was awesome. I bought this gun and a Kahr Ct40 both with Buds 180 day layaway plan and couldnt be happier.Springfield XDM 40 3.8 was an excellent choice. Accurate with the shorter barrel, ergonomics were fantastic. Great groupings, mags were hard to load due to being new. Once I fired 2 full mags the springs were easily manipulated to load. My first Springfield and this is my primary Open Carry piece. I couldnt be happier and Buds made it happen. Dont be a fool and purchase anywhere else but BUDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time odering from buds, im happy with my purchase. ordered it thursday and it arrived to my FFL the following friday. i picked it up saturday and went to the range sunday. it took some time but im very impatient lol. that was my only problem. its also alittle hard when calling in about your order. the automated phone thing couldnt track my order. The gun is crazy! i love it its my favorite. i'll definitely be ordering with buds again. SALUTE to buds. much appreciated.

This was my first on-line firearm purchase and Bud's provided a smooth, quick, and easy transaction. Also, I could not find a stainless steal model in any retail store (not to mention that Bud's beat any retailer's price by $100 or more). I have owned the gun for a year now and put over 300 rounds of cheap bulk ammo through it wihout any issues. It is very accurate considering the 3.8" barrel length. This gun is rock-solid and is the easiest to field strip, Springfield Armory put a lot of thought into the "M" upgrades over the regular XD models; definately worth the price.

The Springfield XDs that I have purchased work great, I have put a couple dozen rounds through them. I give them both 5 stars.

Bud's service was great, out the door the second day. Nothing I can say about this gun except it is utterly fantastic. Took it to the range and shot 100 rounds. Flawless action and superb accuracy. Super value compared to others. Strong case included holster, loader, belt holder for clips and 2 large capacity clips. My $1300 Kimber is a toad compared to this gun.

AWESOME! This gun was everything I hoped for in my first semi-auto pistol. The firearms looked great and flawless when it arrived. The case and accessories are a nice bonus too. The gun is way more accurate than I am at this point. I love the ability to change the backstraps which let me really fit the grip to my hand. The trigger pull was very consistant and smooth. And let me say that the 16 round mag seems to shoot forever. Now that I know the quality of Springfield I am looking at the 45 xdm for my next purchase Also, great job buds! I ordered at 1am on Monday morning and got it from my ffl on Wenseday

Picked up my XDm today and could not be happier. Transfer went smoothly and gun is amazing. Only concern is wish i could have received it sooner but buds policy is five days for "unsecure" checks to clear. I guess a money order is considered an "unsecure" check. But I would definitely be buying from buds again. Great price for a great firearm, heading to the range this weekend, cant wait!!!!

This is an amazing firearm. Decided to get this instead of a Glock because I wanted to be different, and I think it looks a lot better too. The fit and finish on this gun is as good as it gets and it has very good ergonomics. I've only fired 50 rounds through it so far and it shot great with no failures at all. I also love how easy this gun is to field strip and clean(it disassembles much like a Sig Sauer). I highly recommend this gun to anyone looking for a nice polymer frame handgun. I also want to say thanks to Bud's for the awesome prices on their guns, I paid $600 for mine while the local gun shop wanted $750!
