Great lower, great purchase for an AR build.

I love all m&ps. I wanted an m&p lower with all premium parts. Was a little disappointed that this lower has a loose almost sloppy fit with every upper receiver I tried. I tried 7 or 8 uppers and none were a good fit. So I am pretty sure the lower is the problem. Nothing that affects function or performance, but I don't like the shake between parts. Build got a hyperfire trigger and a faxon flame fluted barrel. Shoots under 1moa, but fit is worse than any Anderson.

Built many AR platforms with this lower. Everything fits well and I just want logos on my guns that “look” like guns, not weasels and mouse ears and some of this stuff going on out there. Even better if they left off the M&P.

I purchased one of these lowers and I am happy I did.The fit is great and the appearance is great. No problems were encountered when used as a build. The price is higher than some lowers but if you want a Smith & Wesson its worth it. Buds is great and they have fantastic service at a great price. I could not be more pleased with the purchase.

Great product and great price

I purchased another M&P 15 Stripped lower from Buds. Again, just like my first review, was another awesome and easy purchase. Contrary to what you are led to believe this lower is hard to get. as I am writing this review I'm surprised it's still available. Do some searching for yourself and see Buds has the best price. Most everyone is sold out. I picked mine up today from my FFL and the lower is stellar. I wish I had the money to purchase 10 more. If you are on the fence about purchasing don't be. Buy now or cry later. I sold my other two. Big mistake. I won't be making the same mistake again. I have bought many many guns from Buds. Obviously I like the place or I wouldn't be coming back. I'll keep coming back for more. I purchased a Glock 43 a month ago. It was good to go as well.

Bought this lower to complete a lower build to accommodate a S&W 300 whisper upper I had. Finish of this lower was exceptional, nothing to clean out, no threads to clean out, no flashing to remove. Used a LPK from PSA as well as buffer tube kit. Nicer finish than your typical Anderson lower (nothing wrong with Anderson, just can see not as much attention to detail). Worth a little extra to have the same quality finish on the lower as was on the upper.

I'm very pleased with this lower and my first Buds transaction !!! I will definitely use Buds again ... The Lower is pretty much standard mil spec quality I just wanted that beautiful S&W M&P symbol so it cost me a little more ...

This is the third stripped lower I have purchased from Bud's Gun Shop. I have never had an issue with the quality of the firearm or the Bud's Customer service. Don't believe what you read on many of the forums about how Bud's is not reliable or the quality of the firearms are not what's advertised. I have purchased about 10 firearms total from Bud's. I have never ever had an issue with quality. Sometimes you may not be able to get what you want due to quantity issues but that's beyond Bud's Gun shop Control. Just make whatever purchase you want. Don't worry about what other's say. Purchase for yourself and then you can make the decision. I will buy more. I have one gun in Lay-A-Way currently and one I am picking up to today at my local FFL.

It's a stripped lower. Looks good. All edges smooth and no rough spots at all. Bud's service was incredible. At my LGS 5 days after ordering. I'll definitely be back. Great selection, great prices and great service. What's not to like!

Very good of course a Smith and Wesson quality, although It had a scratch right above the mag-release button. I saw it right when I opened it at my FFL, but i didn't make any fuss about it.

Awesome lower, nice finish, this lower is much nicer than some I have seen. Smith & Wesson did an excellent job with the work that went into this.

Got the receiver today. Fit and finish is first rate. I compared it to a Spikes lower and it is superior. The Spikes had a rough texture and looked like it was spray painted. I understand s&w makes these in their factory. The laser engraving is classy i just wish they didn't put the white M&P lettering on the opposite side. I would highly recommend this lower.

Hi all got the item in and it looks great best looking lower reciver I have see yet. It looks far better then my Rock River Arms lower I just got, but still like them both. Bud's was good on shipping it to my FFL too. Thank you all at Bud's

good finish and works just fine

I have purchased 3 of these lower and am very happy with the fit and finish. AR lowers are all the same, but these stick out because there aluminum and the laser engraving is nice.

This was my first Bud's purchase and I was thoroughly impressed. Good customer service, fast shipping, and a good price on a quality item. The lower has a very nice finish with profesional looking laser engravings. I have ordered a Daniel Defense lower parts kit to go with it. It hasn't come in yet so I can't comment on the fitment yet...

This receiver is aluminum, not steel as described, but that just means I got a better product than I paid for so that's great. The deep black finish is the finest I have ever seen on an AR lower. The M&P15 laser engraving is spectacular. This lower is better than the picture and better than described by far. Thanks!
