I purchased a Taurus Model 94 and my FFL received it in 3 days. I was finally able to get to the range yesterday and put 300 rounds of various brands of ammo through it. The revolver performed flawlessly. This was my first revolver and I'm glad I made the purchase. Dealing with Bud's was a great experience and the service was second to none.

After a few hundred rounds, I find that this gun is fun to shoot, reliable, a comfortable fit, easy to load and unload. It is everything I expected it to be. The trigger is somewhat hard to pull in single action, but that is what I expected and is one thing I like about it. Eventhough I keep it locked away when not in use, if a child ever got ahold of the gun it would be difficult to accidently fire. It was a pleasure working with Buds, the whole transaction went very smoothe. When I buy another gun it will be with Buds.

Fit and finish are excellent, well-made and sturdily built.....the crane was rather stiff until I cleaned and lubed it.....the trigger in DA is, as some others have stated, really heavy for a .22.....in SA not so bad. Put an assortment of .22 LR through it and it's not quite so stiff so I'm hoping it will lighten up a bit more with use. I had no misfires and all casings ejected cleanly. As for accuracy, couldn't be more pleased. A quality and fun .22 revolver.....paid with a personal check and the process went as advertised. I'm very pleased with Bud's and the fact that they keep you informed as the process progresses....well done.

I own a new one in 4", polished stainless for about $300. I agree the double action trigger is stiff and the hammer cock is a bit stiff, but not dreadful as you may read. Mine is a current year model, so maybe Taurus improved them. But the single action letoff is crisp, positive and very short. It's an excellent single action trigger pull. Very good cosmetically for a polished finish, not perfect. The cylinder comes out when the front side plate screw is removed... be careful... the screw holds in a tiny plunger and spring. Do not lose them! The crane can be cleaned of oil and lubed and replaces and it makes it easier to grease the ejector rod travel path with lithium grease or Break Free. Cylinder gap is good, weighs and balances well. For $300, it's a lot of .22. And an automatic will not handle the 3 types of .22. I think it's versatile, affordable, well made, and comfortable. The sight is under par and should be improved and the main spring is fairly heavy. But mine is not bad single or double action. The rear edges of the hammer can be eased for comfort with a small fine file (like a diamond stone or a ladies nail file with diamonds in steel type). Don't be afraid to take a chance on it for the price. I owned a Taurus 85CH (.38) and it was always a good gun and about like this one cosmetically and in fit/finish.

The gun works. The end. no but seriously the trigger really sucks. My sights were unsecured so the rear sights would bobble around from left to right making accuracy impossible. Like I said the trigger is ultra stiff and this gun is the hardest to clean. You're better off removing the grip and dunking it something to clean it because these are a bitch to clean. I sold mine because this gun sucks. You're probably better off with one of those ruger mark 22 things that are 100 dollars cheaper. You let me down Taurus. You let me down. But Taurus your semi autos are still worth the money, especially at bud's prices.

Ok so i bought this gun, shipping was fast, 150$ less here then at gandermountain, very cheap to shoot, shot 600 rounds first time out with it and had no problems. This was my first gun i bought from buds and i will be doing more bussines with them again very happy with this gun.

Ok so i bought this 22lr. Shipping was fast. As opposed to the pic this gun comes unpolished and with a brown grip. Before i took it to the range i cleaned it with ballistol. When i went to the range i shot approx 500 rounds through it. Very accurate good plinker. My initial impressions was that everything on the gun was very tight and was still tight when i left. The D/a trigger pull sucks ass on this but single is up to par. As time goes on it gets harder and harder to push down on the extractor rod. I had to smack the rod with a multi tool to get the bullets to fall out. And you might not know but 22lr fires really dirty so its a bitch to clean, especially 9 chamber after 500 rounds of cci mini mag. And last but not least judging by the cheap metal that taurus makes their guns out of you would have to be a fool to buy anything with more pressure than a .38 special because i just dont see the metal holding up for very long, its like some sort of crappy alloy... but alll in all this is a reliable, worthy , spend all day at the range "high value" super gun.....way to go Taurus and BUDS TATA
