Nice firearm. Definitely not perfect. The magazine spring was a bit weak and the slide lock sometimes doesn't engage automatically on empty. I bought Wolff springs and problem went away. Still shouldn't have to do that. Otherwise, I have no complaint. Decent trigger. Looks and feels pretty much like the Beretta.

have fired about 1000 9mm thru it with no issues,vey accurate!! NICE piece would reccomend it!!!

I love the one I got from Buds. It's a serious accurate full size 9MM. The stainless finish on it makes it look like something used by the hero in a movie _-All my friends think it's HOT). It may ONLY be a Taurus, but unless you want to spend a lot more you won't find a better full size 9MM. I put on Pachmayr grips but the stock grips are fine. I've shot 300 or so rounds of Federal 9bple, Fiocchi, Remington UMC, and WWB through it with no failures at all. MecGar 18 round magazines for it are superb and much better than the factory ones ( but the factory ones that came with it worked fine).

This was my first purchase with Bud's and it will not be my last. Shipping was fast and gun arrived in perfect shape. So far I've put about 400 rounds through my PT99 and it has been flawless, not a single failure of any kind. I could not be more happy with this weapon. Thanks Bud's!

Love this Taurus PT-99 and the service I recieved from Buds Guns and Gurney also this Taurus is as good as the Beretta 92FS for less money and its easy to take apart and clean also love the finish of the SS.

Just put my first 150 rounds through my PT99, and it was flawless. Incredibly simple to take down and clean. Mags are REALLY tight at first -- highly recommend a loader (chose the HKS myself, for now). Now, if my skills ever live up to this guns accuracy...

Every bit as good as my beretta 92fs and has a few extras for 100-150 less. Finish is great. Only 50 rounds through at the range so far and functions great. I recommend the extra 20 bucks for this adj. sight model. after 10 rounds it was spot on at 15 yds. Delight for this paper target hunter. Thx BUDS- who the HELL is Bud anyway!!!!!!

Love it ! Looks and shoots great, easy to break down.A buddy ( who is an absolute gun nut ) owns quite a few high dollar guns and lives to shoot , was real impressed and couldn't believe the price. The 1st time he laid his hands on it he blew the center out of the target at 50' with 5 rapid fire shots, uttered "sweet".

Tight groups, reliable, and good looking. what more to ask for. oh yea and it was priced well too. thanks again buds
