Purchased this for upland bird hunting but i only go like twice a year so no reason to spend big money on a big name over under. It was recomended by a freind that hunts with it he has well over 2000 rounds through his and no prob. After purchasing this I read that remington was gonna discontinue importing these so im glad i picked mine up when I did. Thanks Buds!!!!

** UPDATE ** I have now put 1000 rounds through this gun and I have yet to have a single problem. I have taken it out for some upland bird hunting, sporting clays, and trap shooting. This past weekend I put 200 rounds through it non stop during some sporting clay shooting. It was quite the work out, but the gun handled it perfectly. A lot of you may think that you get what you pay for, and it is true. This gun is cheap in price, and you do see that a little in the quality of the finish. However, this gun performs time and time again up to par with my buddys $1300 winchester. If you are on a budget, and are in the market for an Over / Under shotgun, I can say without doubt that this gun is perfect for you. You will not be dissapointed.

Very remarkable gun for the price. I've now shot 50 rds through it, and can say it never had a hick-up. First thing I ever do with any new gun is break it down, clean it, and oil it really well before I first fire it (assembly lube is a gun's nightmare). After the 100 rds, it's still pretty stiff, but I believe with time, it'll loosen up. Bought a set of carlson extended choke tubes for it, and it seemed to pattern very well. All around a great gun, but the only downfall is that the wood has a few light spots in it from poor finish. I shot a 23/25 lastnight with it, so I think it's gonna be a keeper.

Got this gun in record time... Came in perfect shape. Like many of the reviews have said, the action is really tight, but after 100 rounds, it eased up. Fantastic to shoot. The bottom barrel goes first , which makes it act like a Monte Calro stock on a field gun. Patterned perfect with no gaps. The kick is less on the bottom barrel than the top, but running hot loads (1200 fps) will do that. I am going to try a lighter load and see if that helps... Clays don't care :) All said... Fantastic gun, price, and service!!

This was my first over under and I am quite happy with it. Some of the blueing isnt perfect, and the machining on some parts could be a little better, but for the price I will not complain. Went out clay shooting thursday and put a hundred rounds through it no problem. Took it out Friday and brought home three pheasants. Great gun for the price. Wood has a decent finish and the nickle is done nicely. I would highly recommend this gun if you are the occasional skeet / trap shooter / hunter or are looking for a cheap over under. We will see how it holds up after a few years and a couple thousand rounds. I will be picking this up in 20ga for the wife. And as always, can't beat Bud's service and prices.
