Just got back from John's Guns in Bastrop Tx, picked up my Walther there. the Sale and order went oh so well. Bought a load of ammo 32acp and headed back to my cattle ranch. 500 rounds later I can say that this PPK shoots as well as the one I got when I lived in Germany back in the 80's. Smith and Wesson has done a fine job. There is no difference as far as performace goes. Right out of the box it shoots and handles true to form. I have read about it biting a plam every now and then, i wonder about that as I had my German one for 8 years and it nor this one never come close to biting. Guess some folks just must have small hands as I am 6 ft and weigh about 275 with large hands. Any way great gun great store I will use them and John's again

Great gun very smooth, jammed on me a couple times in the first 100 or so rounds. Buds was quick to deliver will be shopping again soon!

This gun should be in every gun enthusiasts quiver. Combined with its history, heavy duty build, slick looks, accuracy and compactness, it is a great piece to own and behold. I just recently received mine and it shoots very well right out of the box. I ran almost 50 rounds through it right from the gun shop and it performed beyond my expectations. I love mine and hightly reccomend the Walther PPK/S.

Very well made and a pleasure to shoot. Suprisingly accurate for a small pistol. Great safety features.
