I have been looking for this rifle for about 2 years. Got it from buds about 2 weeks ago and finally took it to the range last weekend. First alittle about the rifles appearance. The finish on the stock and forend looks like crap. The stock has a big run in the finish and the forend is not mounted straight. It did okay at the range. Tried to slamfire the rifle and it locked up the action. It did fine with 357 ammo but it did seem to get harder to cycle after about the first 8 of 13 rounds. Loaded 6 38 special rounds and it stove piped the first one I tried to chamber. Fed the rest fine. The accuracy was good. The rifle is definitely not the same quality as the other taurus firearms I own. If you are looking for a decent quality, reliable rifle this is not it. If I had got to see the rifle first I would have saved my money for something else.

Excellent gun for those looking for a rifle that can shoot handgun ammo. The pump action is very fast, incredibly accurate, with zero recoil. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Buds!
