Initially I confronted problems with the rifle jamming, replace the extractor with mil spec one from Brownells and the rifle worked flawlessly. It is very accurate and digest all kind of .223 and 5.56mm ammo. This rifle comes with a 5.56mm NATO chambering. It is a great rifle for its price.

Can't say enough good stuff about this Olympic Arms Carbine. Looks badass and shoots awesome. I ran all kinds of ammo through it this weekend, from cheap stuff, tactical tracers, to some mil-spec NATO rounds and it chewed it all up like candy. I love these AR's . Quality much better then those bushmaster things everyone seems to love. Probably because Oly Arms makes every single piece in-house. Thanks Bud's for the awesome price (cheaper then I could get from the factory that I live by!) and for the layaway plan that I love so much! A++++

Great gun, great price. Not one hiccup using brass. I bought a case of the cheap-o Tula russian stuff that everyone warned me about and it jammed like a roller derby girl. I live 100 miles from Olympic Arms in Washington and had to order from Buds to get a price this low....

Have had this rifle for a couple of months now...What a bargain!!! Have put about 1500 rounds downrange and the only time I have had any problems it was because of an aftermarket magazine. This thing devours any kind of ammo I put in it and the accuracy is phenomenal. No target is safe at 200 meters (because that is all the longer our range is, I don't know about beyond!) All in all, this is an awesome weapon and I am very happy with it so far. Thanks Bud's for another wonderful firearm buying experience!

took it to the range today and right away put 200 plus rounds through it. Not a single jam! I own several of the other manufacturers rifles and paid more for them and have had more trouble from them then this one. Great accurate rifle and good quality for the price.
