Very nice revolver. Nice blueing and the color case work is very good. True to the original. Well worth the money!

I like that Cimarron has kept the 4 clicks for some of their SAA's. This one feels great and is accurate. Fit and finish are great quality.

This time, I waited until I put rounds down range. Gun looked good and shot well ( 4.75”) as opposed to the 7.5 inch ( same model) one. The 7.5” would make a great boat anchor as the barrel appears not screwed in all the way and shoots horribly left. Now, the expense of sending it to a gun plumber to have it at least near point of aim... Buds is top shelf. Cimarron/ Uberti, disappointing. Rating for the 7.5”. Again, 4.75”, pleased with.

Have always wanted a Colt Peacemaker and Bud's delivered with an affordable price and fast delivery. The Cimarron .45 is an excellent copy of that classic firearm. The finish and fit are perfect. I have already taken it to the range and got a few compliments.

First off, this is a beautiful sixgun! The bluing is lustrous and the colors of the case hardening on the frame and hammer are very, very nice; much better than I expected. The nitre blued screws are a very nice touch! The grips are varnished. I'd prefer if they were oiled but they are an attractive color with just a hint of grain and they're nearly perfectly fitted to the sixgun. They are traditionally contoured and feel perfect in my hand. The markings are about as good as you can expect on a clone. Cimarron does a very good job of making the gun look like a new "old" Colt. This Model P is the Uberti "old model" and has the screw retained cylinder base pin as well as the pinched front sight and bullseye ejector rod tab. The action is slick and crisp. There is absolutely no creep in the trigger pull; it breaks like glass. I have no idea if it's what people would consider "competition ready" but it is very nice and perfect for an outdoorsman's sidearm, which this sixgun will be. Lockup of the cylinder is tight, and the action is perfectly timed. This model retains the "4 clicks" and traditional hammer mounted firing pin without Uberti's retractable firing pin, which is exactly how I wanted it. So far accuracy has been satisfactory but unspectacular. Perhaps I just haven't found a load it really likes yet. It handles very well under recoil and rolls up perfectly in the hand. My only question left concerns the sixgun's durability over long term shooting and usage in the outdoors but that's a question only time and miles can answer. Overall I would absolutely recommend this revolver to anyone looking for an authentic, usable Colt clone. I've been so enormously impressed with it that I've immediately ordered the 5 1/2" and 7 1/2" versions to go along with it.

Very fun gun to shoot. Pretty well made. Not a Colt, but neither was the price tag.
