Bought this for my wife and it worked as expected. Just a few malfunctions while trying out different ammo types. I have bought quite a few handguns and rifles at buds and will continue to do so. I have had nothing but good experiences at buds. Customer service and gun shops usually don't go together, not the case at buds.
