I just got my _Cimarron 1872 Open Top Revolver Model (CA911) 44. S&W. The gun is Awesome, Cimarron quality is excellent . Fit and finish is exceptional for a gun in this price range. The balance is great and action is extremely smooth for a single action right out of the box. I have fired several different types of cowboy action ammo through it and all worked great. In my opinion it is one of the best looking handguns ever made. I have had many handguns and this one is right at the top of my favorites. If I may add ; I have been looking for a gun like this sometime now, and had several questions before my purchase, Bud's staff was very helpful in answering my email questions and phone calls. This is an awesome pistol, be aware however that the pistol you recieve with have a brass trigger guard and butt frame. I love it. Feels so balanced and shoots like a dream. Buy it!
