Very effective weapon to carry on my lake property.

Buy the gun if you like, mine is OK, and only miss-fires with light pin strike about every 35 rounds.

What is thier not to love about the Judge? Super handy gun to keep around just to keep people and snakes away. .410 round is manageable and the .45 is great for practice. Good weight ratio to offset recoil. Cool gun!

Gtlreat gun if your a hunter. The ammo varieties are what you're looking for from snake shot to the 45 colt does what it need to do.

Looks good , shoots good. I would buy again for sure. Purchased the lifetime warranty so if I ever have to use it hopefully I can give a update on that.

I love my Taurus Judge revolver!!! It's perfect for home defense and is well made! The price was great and it was delivered in a timely manner. I also love the Blackhawk CQC holster that I got for it from Bud's!!! It fits perfectly and is easy to wear and draw!!!

While there is much debate on the utility of the Judge, I like it because of the wide variety of ammo choices. I'm happy with its shooting performance, and I carry it around my property as a short-range back-up to my rifle. If you're going to get a Judge, this is the model to get if you want to shoot .410, because the 3" chamber gives you more ammo options. The supply of .410 ammo has always been spotty, and I've found the 2.5" shells hard to come by in my area.

Got 2 of these. One for the wife and one for my 80 yr-old stepdad. I'll carry the wife's if I'm clearing brush or just walking out in the pasture.

Kind of disappointed in the finish. It’s a flat black, I was deceived, thought I was getting the shiny blue steel. Fun gun.

Bud's did a good job! Gun was on back order. After about 3 weeks I received an email that it was in. Sent in payment and in about a week and a half the gun was delivered to my local dealer. Unfortunately, living in Maryland, there is a lot of paperwork involved. I hope to pick it up this week.

Very good pistol. No issues what so ever. As always Buds was great.

I purchased the Judge primarily for camping and hiking as a snake gun. Since it is a hand held shotgun it could be used for home defense. It can be fired with one or two hands effectively. There are a few items of minor concern. One is the matte black finish. I noticed when cleaning the gun every wipe of the outside of the gun resulted in light surface rust coming off. Fix it with creosote. I also noticed the cylinder does not open easy like other revolvers when unloading. Still looking for a holster. We all know the ammo issue. This gun functions as it should as it is purpose built.

First time I have made a purchase with Buds. Completely happy with the whole process. The weapon is all that it was was advertised as. Feel that I received a fair price. Happy with my purchase.

This has been the only gun I have ever bought that I regretted after shooting it. It came very dirty with some kind of whitish brown stuff all over it, the gun is extremely heavy and I have never given a thought to making it a carry gun. I have only shot the .410's out of it so it may be better with the 45LC but with all different kinds of .410 shells, standard shot and then the PDX1, it was not impressive, I threw one of those self healing target balls on the ground and couldn't get the thing to budge with this gun until I was about 5 feet from it, maybe I suck at shooting with this gun but with every other pistol I get that ball to bounce off at 30 feet with no problem. I know I can't get that kind of range with this but I figured 10 feet or so should be good, the spread on a sheet of plywood at 5 feet is horrendous, all over the place, I guess you will hit your target but this is definitely not the firearm I would reach for in a self defense situation.

this a very good gun. those 410 mag shot shell are hell on rattlers, which we have lots of. the gun is very reliable, no fallers.

Personally, I would not rely on this pistol as a means of self-defense. However, I bought it as an easy-to-carry, reliable snake gun while working out on my property and it fits that role perfectly!!
