Excellent rifle. No issues or complaints. 1.5-2 moa accuracy depending on ammo. I've put several hundred rounds through her with no failures. There are plenty of mil-surp accessories ($3-4 mags) out there for this rifle, which is entirely in HK spec. CETMEs are not. Spend the extra money to avoid CETME headaches. This is a do everything rifle. If you don't have one, get one!

Great looking gun. The fit and finish is excellent. The gun is very accurate and great fun to shoot. I guess it is the delayed blowback action, but the recoil feels much less that with any other 308. I would highly recommend this gun for anyone wanting a 308

I love this gun. Heavy but who cares once you shoot it. The recoil is minor. Doesn't really get hot at all, I've shot it for a couple of hours and the barrel was warm. The gun shoots great at a steal plate the size of a upper torso at 250 yrds. That's the longest yardage I ve shot it. The only thing I added was a rail (which mounts to the fore end )for a grip and the hk lower (clipped and pinned), use the ptrs trigger group. Because Hk G3 lower is metal the ptrs is plastic.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. A member of the US Army, I have shot my fair share of guns. I only wish that we fielded these rifles. They mean business. My PTR was one of the later ones that are currently circulating that have the deeper flutes- No problem with cheap Russian Brown Bear/Wolf, no problems with a variety of military surplus, AUS, Argentina, ETC. This rifle is a real eye-catcher at the range. No one can believe how far this baby tosses the casings- 30 feet+ at the 2 o'clock. Don't expect to be able to reload the brass. Don't expect anyone or anything to keep standing or get back up after taking a bullet from one of these. I find this gun rather heavy in the front end- longer barrel/heavy match grade bull barrel makes for a 10 lbs gun, 15 with a German Hensoldt Model one Zf 4x24. Don't be one of those guys and get a boring AR-15. Don't cheat yourself and get a CETME with welded rear sights. Be it Obama or the zombies that comes for my guns, or some unfortunate burglar, this machine will lay them down. This clone is also the closest thing you will get to a real G3, and accepts every part from its predecessor. Do yourself a favor and treat your number one fan with this gun. You won't regret it.

I just got this rifle today! Wow! I didn't expect this PTR91 to be as GREAT as it is! The material used to make this rifle looks better quality then my HK G3! The welds are smoother as well. I thought the mag was gonna be a cheap plastic thing but mine came with a genuine HK G3 mag. Im gonna mount a Trijicon ACOG on this one :) OUTSTANDING JOB ONCE AGAIN BUDS! AND PTR91 FOR THAT MATTER!
