It's a Glock, so it works. I had a standard frame G21 in the past and the short frame on this G20 feels better in my medium sized hands and is easier to control.

It's a Glock! Reliable, shoots straight. Best thing about the G20, with a mere barrel change, it will shoot .40, .357 Sig, 8x25 Dillon, with the same magazines and recoil spring.

Bought one of these years ago from Buds so this review is very belated. That said, I still have it which is testimony to its fantastic quality, reliability and durability. I’ve had it on hunts in Northern California, South Texas and carried it concealed all throughout the south western states. You cannot go wrong with a G20SF

First off Buds was great. Got the gun shipped to my FFL in California in two days. When the 20SF arrived it was perfect. I would recommend buds and this Glock to anyone.

No Glock collection is complete without a Glock 20SF 10mm. I’ve been wanting this pistol for over a decade but just never committed. I’m glad I finally added this one to my EDC and pig hunting repertoire.

This was my first time ordering from Buds and the process went very smoothly. The pistol arrived on time and in good condition. Now that I know how easy this is, I don’t need to go to a gun shop anymore.
As for the Glock 20, I am pleased. It is very manageable to shoot even though it is 10mm. The SF frame is more bulky than a G17, but still fairly comfortable.

For my outdoor needs, the Glock 20 is a close to perfect match. It is light, powerful, and in normal states, you can just buy the 15 round magazine, making it a high capacity firearm as well. For bears, or firing lead ammo in general, you need to puy an aftermarket barrel, but one of the things I appreciate most about Glock is that they make it so easy to upgrade without having to go to a gunsmith. As an added bonus, you can purchase a .40 caliber drop in barrel and be able to fire that caliber as well, so it is like getting two guns in one. The SF is a great version for those of us who have normal hands or don't like the way the standard frame fits your style and posture. If you are unfortunate enough to be one of the people still stuck in California, among all the illegals, refugees, communists, socialists, anarchists, perverts, etc., this is one of the really nice and effective firearms still available in La La land, though for how much longer I am not sure. As I mentioned before, you can always buy a fifteen round magazine in Nevada or Oregon, as long as you don't transport it across the rainbow curtain. Bud's was a terrific seller, and I really appreciate the way they let you pay off your tab over tab a period of time if you need, and even though I paid an extra ten bucks for the privilege because I exceeded the free thirty day period, my net cost still beat the competitors by a significant amount, as much as $50 from most sellers. To top it all off, the FFL transfer dealer turned out to be a stand-up guy, and I'm very pleased I made his acquaintance. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Glock or do business with Buds again, and aside from the ridiculous waiting period and mandated state fees, fines, and other hassles, this was a very positive experience. I purchased the Glock 20 because it is a pistol that very few friends own, because it is a Glock and it is one of the biggest and baddest of all the semi auto pistols. The Glock 20 SF was a no brainer because it has that certain cool factor to it that all the others in its class does not. All Glocks take anything but melting temperature and work every single time. I tried to wear one out. Unable to do so. Buy a Glock and never regret it. Buy a Glock 20 today!

Buds shipped out super fast! I shot a few mags of 180g fmj and let me tell you the recoil was not as bad as a Friends 40(G22) or my 45(full size XD tactical)!!! And I have smaller hands for a guy so dont be chicken and buy one now or use Buds layaway. Just make sure the barrel is at least 4''. 6'' better(thats what she said) Im in California and there was no issues Bud shipped to my local gun shop, did paperwork there a few days later. Plan on ordering more from buds soon.

Glock is a Glock is a Glock. This is my 6th Glock, and 12th purchase thru Bud's. No surprises. I wanted this caliber to add to my collection, and as with the others it's a shooter, reliable, controllable, and accurate. Get the Gen 3 while you can after they are gone California won't let you buy a Gen 4. 5 star purchase on a quality pistol.

What's too say, wanted it Bud's had the best price, put it on lay away and a few weeks later it's at my FFL. Standard issue Glock, ugly but very dependable, kind of like my ex-wife. Eleven purchases thru Bud's in the last three years, and not a hicup.

The Glock M20SF is possibly the ultimate, all-around, combat/field handgun! It has TWICE the power of the average 9mm and .45ACP, With the right loads, the 10mm is capable of punching many FEET through a bear, and in the urban world, most cops admit the power is beyond them - the wimps. The Glock...well, I suppose it would be enough to simply say, "It's a Glock" and leave it laying there on the table, but that's not going to inform someone. The M20SF is CRISP and well-made. Fit is "Glock normal" and perfect for combat shooting. Bud's was on top of it throughout the entire ordering process...FAST shipping and the gun looks wonderful!

Great gun. Shipping was super fast from Buds. Only problem I had invloved was the FFL i had my gun sent to. Shop was closed at 1 pm on a friday and closed all weekend due to a gun show so I was unable to pick up my guns until after the weekend.

This may be THE perfect handgun. 16 (15+1) rds of 10mm puts this pistol amongst the most powerful in the world. Don't get me wrong, this is a full size handgun. My 21 (.45 Gen 1) was just a hair too wide for my hand. I wanted the same power with a slimmer grip. I did myself one better. More powerful, slimmer grip. Enter the 20SF. The short frame makes this gun flawless. It cycles any round like a Glock should. And is more accurate than I can shoot. I added Mepro nights and a Lasermax guide rail to make this the ultimate doomsday pistol. I couldn't be happier. I dropped a 6" factory Glock barrel in this cannon and OH MY! Add another 100fps to the bullet. The reason I say this may be the perfect handgun is, it can do everything from under penetrating home-defense, to grizzly warfare depending on the load. All this for under 550.00? U kidding me? And yes, the recoil is more than manageable for the average man. The recoil would be a bit much for a 110llb female. I'm not saying it's not possible, just throwing out the warning. The 10mm can be as hot as you want it to be, from 230gr grizzly killers to 165gr ashtrays. Not to mention the conversion barrels to .40 or .357sig (another favorite). I'm a 1911 fanboy at heart. I can't tell you how many thousands of dollars I've spent on the 1911 genre. So for the record I'll say, the 1911 is the best feeling, naturally pointing, and accurate handgun ever invented. And I'll say the Glock 20SF is simply the most reliable, powerful, and versatile pistol to ever make it to consumer shelves. A 2000.00+ tactical response 1911? or a 550.00 Glock 20SF? I'll take the Glock when doomsday presents itself...actually 4 for the price of the 1911 (one for each limb :) I wish I could thank the Glock Chairman for putting the faith necessary to keep this cartridge alive. Without that decision, the 10mm would have taken a dirt nap by now. Sorry, the Delta Elite is a niche player. The Glock 20 IS the 10mm. And the SF variant makes it the most superior handgun ever produced IMHO. Imagine a .41 Magnum revolver with a 16 round cylinder, but you could reload in one second? If i were Mayor, I'd send one to every household in Commufornia. Kudos Glock on getting it right. Perfection.
