Great gun. Very accurate for a gun this size. I feel comfortable and safe with it as my conceal carry weapon. I highly recommend.

Beautiful and very accurate pistol. It is my carry weapon now. It has never failed to fire.

I received my Walther PPK/S in about 4 days due to it being a holiday when I ordered it. It was as advertised. The weapon functioned flawlessly and I now use it as my concealed backup weapon. Thanks Buds, you delivered as promised, first-rate service in my book!

Buds was great and i received the PPK in short order. Bond, James Bond...... This is a stunning looking gun.....really a work of mechanical art. The heavy sturdy frame significantly reduces the infamous .380 snap experienced on other guns. The extended beavertail prevents any web rash and the gun feels great in the hand. It took about 50 rounds before it settled down where i wasn't getting any FFE. Now it hasn't had any issues through 500 rounds. I would recommend field stripping it and cleaning and lubricating the slide thoroughly to help break it in. It holds naturally in the hand and is extremely accurate out to 15 meters. This is a must for the Walther collector and for those looking for a low recoil beautiful CC handgun.

First, Bud's was great as usual! The gun arrived in great condition, it only required a light cleaning to make it range ready. I put 150 rounds through it without a hitch. Almost no recoil even when I emptied a mag at high speed. I highly recommend the PPK/S for any one looking for a near perfect conceal carry weapon.

The Walther PPK is the 1911 of the 380 ACP family. I have been wanting one of these for years and finally decided to get one, especially with the prices going up. The pistol came in perfect condition, one of the most beautiful firearms I have ever seen. This along with my Ruger SR1911 are my favorites and will be with me for life. Field strip on this pistol is simple, three parts, slide frame and recoil spring. Simple. Fits my hand perfectly and although is more than twice the weight of a Ruger LCP it is great to shoot. Thanks for a solid transaction Buds.

Just picked this up from my FFL this week. It's super well balanced, sturdy, and smooth. Buds made it easy to purchase for a great price. Very pleased.

I am very pleased with this gun. The PPK/s looks like a work of art, its beautiful in stainless, has great fit and finish, and you can feel the good quality. I have been to the range three times now, I have put 380 rounds through it, with good results. The service from Buds was good. The gun at this price is a steal, I am surprised it doesnt cost over a $1000.

I just received my Walther PPK/S today and it's a beautiful gun. I haven't had a chance to shoot the gun yet, but when I do I'll post an update. I opted for the 7 round because I liked the extra ss and slightly less plastic on the grip. I'll have to wait and see how it performs before I decide if it'll be a primary defense weapon, but in any case I'll be buying a CZ P-01 or a Glock 26 in addition. Bud's customer service is IMPECCABLE. The staff are really friendly and courteous. That's so rare these days.

I bought this pistol a couple of weeks ago, after a PAINSTAKING search for the "perfect" conceal weapon. I had rented one several weeks before at the local range and it felt great, a really quality built firearm, and it shot accurately and reliably. Mine arrived and I went right to the range with it. After rtfm I found out that firing before a thorough cleaning and lubrication is NOT recommended. Ooops. Nevertheless, it functioned very well but the springs were EXTREMELY stiff (main and mag) out of the box, and the first round out of each mag FTF about 50% of the time. Other than the first-round phenomenon I had two other FTFs out of 150 rounds and I was generally pleased. I brought it home, cleaned it and lubed it and proceeded to exercise the action (while watching a 007 flick for mood) and it loosened up considerably and feels ten times smoother now. From everything I've read, this is a pistol that requires a courtship. I REALLY really like this pistol so far but I've yet to bring it back to the range. Judging by the way it feels and consistently feeds snap-caps, I'm reasonably sure I'm going to remain happy with it. For reference my other pistols are a Sig 229 in 40 and and a Sig 225 in 9, two super-refined pistols and a high standard to live up to. Buds of course was top-notch as always! Thanks Guys!

I've had my PPK/S for almost two years; it's my primary concealed-carry. Once a "slide-locks-open" problem was fixed at the factory, it's been flawless ever since. I probably lost a tiny spring the first time I opened it. I like carrying one in the chamber, loaded. With the internal firing pin block, the long DA trigger pull, and the manual safety, I have no issues about it's safety. At the range, I practice drawing, flipping up the safety, and deliberately firing that first round DA. The KEY is to know your weapon, and practice accordingly. It is beautiful, and a legendary gun. Perhaps a lighter Ruger LCP might do the job, but I guess I'm a traditionalist! .380 gives me the compromise I need between a mouse gun, and concealability. I wear an IWB, with the grip under my shirt, for total concealment. I work in an office, I'm not an LEO.

Beautiful to look at but the double action trigger pull is horrenous and simply it is uncomfortable to hold, firing or not. The newest Bersa Thunder Plus 380 with 15 round capacity is much more pleasing and HALF the price. I own both, the Walther will be a nice conversation piece. GOOD LUCK finding the Bersa 15 round 380! To be totally honest, the Walther is a heavier built pistol and may last longer than the Bersa, but I do not figure I will be shooting over a 1000 rounds anyway.

This is a great little pistol! The build quality is excellent, field stripping is easy and it is fun to shoot. There is also a lot of history involved and I like that.
