Sight was canted so bad I ended up getting rid of it.

It works flawlessly. This is a great AK for the money. Accuracy is about in the 2.5" moa range.

I decided to write my review after I put at least five hundred rounds through this gun, rather than review a gun that I haven't even shot like some of these other people on here. This gun is worth every penny! I didn't have one issue with the gun. It cycled through the rounds perfect and was very accurate right out of the box! I have had it at the range 3 times so far, and it's performed great every time. The finish on this gun is what you would expect to find on most other AKs, and the stocks are very nice. Both clips did look to be used in a tour or two, but I had no issues with them. This is a gun that I will keep with me for a long time. This is about my 5th gun from Buds Gun Shop, and as usual, they were cheap and fast!

Love this weapon! Does what it's supposed to do, send a lot of lead down range. Over 2000 rounds through it, not a single ftf or fte. Easy to clean, fun to shoot! Definately a eye catcher at the range (especially when you use a 75 round drum, and just keep pulling the trigger until empty!!) Next purchase will be another AK type, with regular stock. Bud's, as usual, great service and shipping. You'd be a fool to buy anywhere else!

Another great buy. No canted sights or gas tube. Both mags looked new. Was concerned after reading all the issues with CIA AK's but turned out to be a great gun. Shoots good with no FTF or FTE's. Could not ask for anything better for the price. Will continue to purchase from Buds.

first gun buy online went perfect, couldnt ask for a better experiance. rifle cam in excelent condition considering semi used parts. no canted sights or gas tubes. one mag came in real good condition one looks like its bin put through some use, also hardly any mag wobble with good mag sligh wooble with other one though not bad. havent shot it yet but all in all very good gun, would give it five stars but need to go to rang first. thanks duds would so it again in a heartbeat.

After much research this AK looked like the one with the least negative reviews. I got it with no issues in about a week after purchasing it. Took it to the range and could not believe what happened when I was zeroing it. At 25 yds it was shooting 8 inches low and about 10 inches to the left. My math isn't good enough to figure what MOA that is. Called Century sent it to them(they made me pay shipping to them). Got the weapon back,it still shot left but this time it was high left. A couple of adjustments and it was zeroed again. Even though the the worksheet from Century said the boresighted it, I still had to finish their work. This is no fault of Bud's, it is crappy workmanship at Century. Bud's is still my #1 gunshop. However, this was my second and final purchase of a Century firearm. One star for CIA not for BGS,they get 5.

Happy with shipment and gun. No damage and gun looks brand new. Came with two mags one of them looked old and used. Overall I am pleased with the service by Buds and the gun.

Once again great service from Buds. This is my first AK, so I have nothing to compair it to. I am however very impressed with the build of this rifle. Everything was tight and strait. No canted sights or gas blocks. This finish had one scratch that I can live with. The wood looked great. It is a very good looking and solid rifle. It had the cleaning rod and two excellent condition mags. It needed a good cleaning and oiling, seemed like it had sand residue from the factoy. Now it looks brand new! I shot it today and it had no FTF or FTE after 100 rounds. Every shot when bang! The acracy was not very good. I would guess 4 to 5 MOA. Could this be the norm for a lower cost AK or the american barrel? Or maybe needs to be broken in and better ammo. I used cheap Tulammo 122 Gr, and from what I understand the AK's are not as accurate as the AR's. I also was shooting in the standing position and not from a bench. I would however buy another one, because it such a cool rifle. So all in all, I would recommend this to anyone and glad I now own this one!

The rifle and came with the rear sight completely bended. I shipped the rifle to century arms on my own dime, after I spoke to the customer service, the guy told me more likely they have to rebuild the rifle. SFC Rivera US ARMY

When I purchase this rifle description says FACTORY NEW . start to clean this rifle was dirty lots of ammo powder. one of magazine look very old and bend. I did contact buds they say all rifles manufactory shoot and see if is working my opinion any rifle or hand gun if shot it mean use not new ! Thank you so much for service

I got my rifle today. Comes with two mags, which are in near new condition, show some wear and use. The finish of the weapon is very clean with no marks other then the scratch common from the safety selector and came with a cleaning rod. The folding stock is rock solid and easy to fold. It’s a little off center but can be adjusted. The wood is in awesome condition with no dents or scratches. The only thing I’m disappointed about is that it does not come with the steel slide plate to mount a scope mount. Yet another easy fix. I can’t wait to hit the range. For anyone deciding to purchase an AK, the AKM is well worth the little extra cash.

Just received my AKMS from my FFL. Very impressed. Checked for canted sights and gas tube and found none. The overall finish appears to be parkerized. The stock is rock solid with no wobble whatsoever. Nice wood and two barely used magazines. Safety/fire clicks easily with no grinding. Magazine fit is solid with just a tiny bit of magazine wobble. Well, I've never written a review about anything before. I felt I needed to write one about this weapon. I ordered it online and received the rifle in less than a week at my FFL dealer. When I went to pick it up I expected to see a used and less than maintained weapon. I was wrong. The rifle was in brand new condition and included a cleaning rod. Upon further inspection the FFL dealer and I did not notice anything wrong with the rifle what so ever. The following weekend I took the Rifle out to my range and put 640 exactly through it through the course of about four hours. I shot it from slow BZO to get the rounds on target at 30 yards (it was a little low and to the right) all the way to rapid fire and then out to about 100 yards. I was using some bulk ammo I bought for cheap and expected some jams or stove pipes. Not a single problem occurred while firing all those rounds, nothing. I look forward to my next purchase and hope that I will get an excellent weapon such as this one. Josh SSGT USMC

This beautiful weapon came in really clean condition, with a cleaning rod and two magazines. Really solid and a nice fit when shouldered. The magazines were also in great condition, with one looking almost brand new. Clean the bore on this bad boy and your ready for action. The wood "furniture" looks great already, however, a little tru oil will really dress it up. Can't wait to get to the range. Bud's always out does themselves.

Great packaging, good free shipping, transaction was great and the layaway plan helped out alot. Thanks buds. Now about the gun. The mags fit well, only the slightest mag wobble. Gun needed a good cleaning and oiling. It had alot of sand blast residue inside the reciver. Once cleaned, it fired perfectly. 30rnds just as fast as i pulled the trigger. The folder feels very solid. The pistol grip, though not correct, feels good and solid. Wood furniture looks great and isnt loose. If your caught between buying this or a WASR, buy this rifle!

I'm very satisfied. Gun was in great condition and shot very dependably with surplus ammunition. It really packs a punch and makes a nice fireball. No feed errors whatsoever. The fold-out stock is very solid, so that was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for an AK. The only problem I noted was that the wood stock on the front seems a little loose fitting, but it's not coming off or anything.

No Problems, first purchase with buds was great...weapon works very well...came clean no problems with it so far. Just putting cheap ammo throught it and no problems. Accurate at 100 yards, have not tried further. Very nice purchase.

Buds did a great job delivering this rifle on time. It came well packaged and in A-1 condition. Put about 250 rounds of wolf ammo through it and everything worked like a champ. Not even a need for adjusting the sights as they were right on. Thanks for another great deal Buds!
