Ruger magazines generally work flawlessly, as did this one. However, it would not fit in my new Ruger 10/22. I have a Ruger Precision Rifle it did fit perfectly. The same type 25 round magazine from my RPR fit the 10/22 just fine. It was a little loose in the RPR but tight in the 10/22. Both of them functioned without any problem once they were inserted into the rifle they would fit in. If I did not have two of the same brand rifles this would have been a little different review. That is why it got a 4 star rating and not a five.

If you shoot a lot, this is a must have. Not great for bench shooting though. Feeds good, no problems so far.

The BX-25 magazines are the best mags for the Ruger 10/22, from my experience. The price is reasonable. I bought 4 of them. They also produce them with clear plastic, which I will be purchasing next.

This is a great addition to my gun. I only have 1 thing to say that seems negative. The first load from the magazine when fully loaded seems to jam on the next bullet to be loaded. Other than that it worked great. It might be due to the spring being new and a lil too much tension upward but this might correct itself after shooting a lot. We will see. I do like it.
