Great 2nd carry mag for my Ruger LCR 380. It's cheaper than getting one from Ruger and is good quality!

Bought 2. Neither will engage without force. Both have FTF issues. Worst magazines I’ve ever bought.

Greatly disappointed in this magazine; it is totaly unusable. When I tested it in the Ruger LCP, it immediately jammed when I attempted to jack the first round in the chamber. I tried three more times, all with the same result. A comparison between the Ruger magazine and this Promag when inserted shows the Promag to have a bigger gap between the magazine and the gun than that of the Ruger factory mag, so the magazine is not aligning with the chamber. I cannot use this magazine at all due to its right-off-the-bat unreliability.

These are great magazines for Ruger LCP, and half the price of factory mags.

There is virtually no difference between these magazines and the original one from Ruger. I ordered two of these, loaded and shot at the range a few times about 50 rounds total. They work as expected but load to the gun much better than the original magazine that came with the gun. When the original magazine is loaded with all 6 cartridges, it's very hard to lock it in place. These magazines don't have this problem.

At first I was disappointed. The mag would only take 5 rounds no matter what with multiple tries. I took the mag apart and there were 2 of the doohickeys that are visible when the mag is empty that the first cartridge touches. After putting it back together it works perfect. Easy to take apart. Nice mag made in USA however someone assembling it must have been suffering from CRS that day. Have to subtract a star for the assembly error.

Great price for a good product. Only issue I have is that you have to push the clip hard to lock into place. Ejects well also.

I placed an order for 2 of these pro mags. The order was placed on Tuesday night and they arrived Friday afternoon (Kentucky to North Carolina). These mags are easy to load (spring does not seem very stiff as some reviews have said). These mags do require a little extra umph to get them to "lock-in." In time these mags will most likely engage easier but overall, they are great mags. I plan to purchase more in the future as they are a good deal compared to the actual ruger mags.

These magazines are half the price of the name brand for which they were made which is great for the budget conscious buyer like me. However, of the four magazines I purchased, three of them will not lock into the gun when fully loaded with six rounds. (The fourth will go in with a solid shove - for now.) I could only load five rounds if I wanted to get it to go all the way in. I called ProMag tech support and was told there was too much tension on the spring. I could cut one of the loops off myself or pay for shipping back to them to have them clip one off. Not wanting to pay additional shipping, I clipped a loop off one of them and reloaded. However, the tension was still too strong to seat the magazine with six cartridges. The internal design is definitely different from the Ruger magazine and it seems to me the alignment is not quite right and perhaps the plastic edge is ramming against the spring or something. So, is the half price worth carrying five rounds instead of six...I'm thinking no. I will be calling Buds here soon to see what they have to say.

I purchased 3 Pro Mag magazines for my Ruger LCP 380. They work flawlessly. Very easy to load and no problems whatsoever. I've been to the range numerous times and have had no problems. Also, I looked all over the Internet and they were $5 cheaper than anywhere else I could find them. They arrived within3 days. I couldn't believe it. Great experience. I love Bud's!
