The 590 A1 (w/pistol grip) arrived in OK shape. The butt stock was a little scratched up I guess from shipping and the safety did not work but took apart and fixed myself. Haven�t shot yet but if it�s like my 500 I�m sure it will be a great gun.

I wish I could've bought the 7rd 20 inch version, however I'm pleased that I have more manueverability with the 18.5 inch length. Shotgun looks great, and quality meets satisfaction. I was looking for the FN tactical shotgun, but I couldn't see paying over $700 dollars. shotgun came with lock, and 3 dot sites.
