Got this for my Mossberg 500 12 gauge, this stock makes it much easier to shoot with! Holds up pretty well I would buy again.

I disagree of the definition of 6 positions, at least the one I have really have 5 positions which including the initial position. Though it is built solid but forget of Phoenix support which is not exist, I got zero response back from the company when asking for warranty.

Bought for my Mav'k 88 slug'r. Not a bad piece, price is right I guess. A little play of the butt section but no big deal. BUT..... why the ridiculous droop? Why is the stock not parallel to the barrel like an AR15, e.g.? And to add insult to the situation the butt is further angled back? Haven't shot the gun yet but will be fully prepared to get my face smacked from the torqueing up AND it sliding up my shoulder when I let a slug off. As an engineer, I'm perplexed of the design and its approval for production. Truly unbelievable!! Phoenix Technology, if you're listening get rid of the droop and make the butt square to the barrel !!!

Received tactical stock. Only took minutes to install on a Maverick 88 with long range ported choke. Eight inch group at 50 yards with 3" number 4 shot. Will work great for coyotes. Fast shipping from Bud's and another great product.

Item as described, keeping the pistol grip on my mossberg 590 standoff (#50586) for home defense use, but ready to swap when I go hunting. Cheap, pliable plastic. M4 buttstock has more wobble than a fat girl. Do yourself a favor- spend the extra money and get a mesa tactical leo ar15 aluminum adapter. I had this for one day, and sold it on armslist for a $10.00 loss.

Exellent choice. The stock fits perfectly, and was a breeze to install. In fact it took me longer to find my 1/2 inch socket than it did to complete the work! The weight is perfect as well, not flimsy or too heavy. The amount of travel it offers alows both myself and my spouse to use the gun comfortably (she is a much smaller person than I.) The shell carrier is also a nice touch if you choose to install it. Highly recommended.
