Beautiful gun and fun to shoot, great reliability. The only downside in my opinion is the DA pull weight, mine came with a trigger pull heavier than 12lbs.

Yet another awesome Sig! Short reset trigger is fantastic! And although its a little big for me to conceal if you've got a little more meat on you it could be a decent concealed carry option.

Great pistol. Shoots well. Heavier than the newer plastic framed pistols but I like the all metal hammer design.

Purchased this handgun some time ago and the quality and workmanship is excellent. Very accurate.

It is a SIG, It is a smaller version of the Sig P226 I carried for 20 years as a LEO. It fits, It works no issues. I am still a DA/SA fan and have no issues with it. I was a certified Sig Armorer for my agency too.

This is one bad a** compact 40 Cal.

Several thousand rounds and no issues. Easy to shoot accurately and feels great in the hand. Well balanced and easy to control.

Fantastic Firearm. Great trigger. Feeds all ammunition reliably. if changing grips or cleaning be super careful not to over tighten the grip screws, they are small and it will strip the setting.

WOW! This gun has stolen my heart and become my everyday concealed carry gun. The trigger is great and in the SA mode, it can make anyone a marksman--really crisp break and short reset. Gun is accurate and sights are great. I highly recommend this pistol!

I purchased my M11-A1 a few years back right after they were released. So far, I have about 1100 rounds through the gun and have not experienced any problems. It shoots smoothly and accurately and it does not seem to have any issues with various types of self defense ammunition. If you are looking for a reliable gun for carry or competition, the M11-A1 will not disappoint you! While many people may buy it as a collector's safe queen, this gun is made to work, and work hard! This was my second purchase from Bud's Gunshop. (I have purchased several more since) I have found Buds to be a reliable source for hard to find guns at a competitive price. They have excellent customer service and have always delivered as promised.

My first transaction from Bud's and my first Sig. I exclusively shot Glocks before and was alittle hesitant to get a DA/SA handgun. Best handgun I've ever owned, replaced my G26 as my EDC. Functions flawlessly and once the trigger smooths out (took about 1000 rounds) it has a nicer DA pull then a Glocks striker fired pull.

Finally went to the range today and put ~250 rounds through my M11-A1. No issues whatsoever; I was shooting Geco 124gr ammo (absolutely love the stuff). The gun feels great in the hand, recovers well after each shot, and was incredibly accurate at any range. My friends couldn't get enough of it either. Fit and finish are perfect, this gun will be with me for a long time. Stiff recoil spring...definitely didn't hurt to leave it locked open for a few days. the night sights are bright and easy to align and the trigger is both consistent and authoritative. It's a SIG, not much more needs to be said. It is a good home defense gun (I'm not big on having lasers/lights on my home defense), but even on my big frame...the gun's too large to be comfortably carried (to be expected).

I bought this M11-A1 this past week and like everyone (Sig Nuts) you can argue which Sig is better...But I have to say shooting just regular range ammo I'm amazed at how accurate it is. No issues what so ever. It really fits well in my hands. I bought along my P226 which is another accurate shooter just to compare the two. As far as hitting what your shooting at I really couldn't tell the difference. Buds was great to buy from and I'm on my fourth Sig Sauer pistol now...and I'm sure I'll be getting another

Like all of the classic P-series Sigs this a very sold and well-made gun. Trigger is smooth, sights are excellent, and when holding the thing there's just no question you're holding a gun you can depend on, and be proud to own. This was my first Sig handgun (I've since bought a P229 SAS .40), and am very pleased I paid more than I might have paid for another make to get what I consider the best maker of production combat/self defense handgun in the world.

The only change I made to this pistol was to install the SIG E2 grip kit. Stock grips were right at the limit of crossing the line to being too big for my hands. The E2 grips reduce the girth just a little but, at least for me, make the perfect grip. The pistol itself will exceed your highest expectations.

Went to the range, major extractor issues. Got home went on line and found out that extractor issues with this firearm is common place, horror stories all over the internet about this firearm and its extractor issues. Im getting rid of this thing and replacing it with a CZ 75 SP-01.

This was my first purchase through Buds Gun Shop. The handgun that I purchased arrived at the FFL listed in Buds' directory well ahead of when it was guaranteed to. I was a little skeptical and worried that the gun would might have imperfections, since I was not able to actually see pictures of the gun before I purchased it. The pistol was everything Buds said it was. The transaction was painless and the e-mail updates showing status of the transaction were very helpful. I will certainly purchase again from Buds. This gun is totally worth the money!! Awsome to shoot!! I've shot hundreds of rounds without any problems at all!!! I have bought rifles and guns from Buds and have never had to call them, do to their awsomeness!! I wouldn't order from no where else!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!!!!

Great service from Bud's, I received it within 3 business days. Love the M11-A1, all cleaned and ready for the range this weekend. Great balance, fit and looks for a CCW with no rail. I will be buying from Bud's again!!!

An excellent ccw or range gun. Put 300 rds cheap blazer 9mm no FTF FTE. Cannot find any negatives. Great service from Buds.

First and foremost, forget all the BS concerning this gun's identity that's being propagated by gun bloggers with too much time on their hands; this gun is BADA**, no doubt about it. It's easily one of the most accurate and best shooting guns in my collection. It came in larger and boxier than I had expected, but that just adds to the recoil reduction; and this gun has a very easily recoil. Put 200 rounds through it, with ZERO issues. I can't say enough about it, if you have the opportunity or are on the fence, don't think twice, it's worth every penny. Not to mention, the SIG engraving just adds to its value.

There is a lot of controversy surrounding the exact identity of this Sig. Whether it's a P228, P229, or an M11-A1 doesn't really matter because it's AWESOME. Call it whatever you want, this thing is built like a tank and is the most accurate handgun I own. It is heavier and bigger than I expected, but it still carries better than my Glock 19...? Accurate and easy to carry, win/win situation I guess. Night sights glow bright and the trigger is superb. With the proposed legislation it was nice to receive 3, 15 round magazines with the gun. If you're looking for a MK25 in a slightly smaller package this gun fits the bill. My only complaint is the "SIG" laser engraving on the top. It's not shoddy or anything but, if SIG is going to spend the money, I'd rather have the anchor engraving on the slide like the MK25 (it's a little less...bluh). Buds was great as always! Bought it on a Saturday and was in my hands the following Wednesday. This is my 5th or 6th purchase from buds. I stopped counting.
