Excellent all around gun, A+++!

This is a fun little gun to fire at the range. It took some getting used to, what with the twin barrels one on top and one below. Using the forward sight (which is all it has), accuracy with the bottom barrel was spot on, whereas firing with the top barrell fired high (not unexpected). After a while, knowing which barrel was to fire, I got the hang of it.
As expected with a derringer, accuracy beyond 25 feet was not as good as 10 feet. 5 feet was even better.
I used my .38 Special ammo, since I'm still awaiting my .357 Magnum delivery from Bud's. Once that arrives, I'll give that ammo a go with it. At 20 ounces of stainless steel, it was pretty hefty, and recoil was nil. Well-built firearm.
NOTE: Bond Arms cautions against dry firing their guns. You can load either snap caps or used cartridges. Snap caps worked fine for me.

Beautiful and heavy, trigger is about 12 pounds though. Accurate for a derringer. 100% for buds. 4 stars just because the trigger. (Consider it a safety feature)

This is a very well made gun. I have shot it and no problems. I am going to get an IWB holster for those times you don't want carry your regular gun, such as trips to the store, bank machine, gas station. Buy this gun from Bud's.

Another fine piece from Bond Arms. The choice of barrels is awesome. We now have two of them with five barrels. The one handle fits my hand and the other fits my wife's.

Strong, durable, and idiot proof. All Bond derringers are built like tanks. The ones that are handgun caliber only (not the ones that shoot shotgun shells also) are very accurate. All are solid self defense choices if you practice, practice, practice for a single action derringer.

Awesome little "Hand Cannon"! Make sure you keep a good grip on it slightly below the hammer before firing or your gonna get a good mark on your hand (first hand experience). Great quality firearm here though. Buds excellent customer,

Built like a tank. Works like a charm. .357 will sting a bit, but I can hold a pattern that works for me. Trigger pull was a tad over 5 lbs diagonally down/aft.

This is a great weapon. Service from Buds was all one could expect; ordered on a Monday, and received the next Monday. The Bond Texas Defender in .357 is everything I was hoping for, This is my BUG to my Ruger LCR 357. It is heavy and solid, trigger is crisp, and its accurate for its intended purpose. It is a very cool derringer! One thing of note, the derringer in the picture is not the one you will receive; the one in the picture shows extended grips, the one you will get comes with standard grips. No big deal really. The gun is five stars, buds service is four stars.

I ordered the gun monday at 2.55 pm and my ffl called me thursday to tell me he got it in I picked it up on friday and it looks great. beautiful gun built like a tank. I got it home and run 50 rds of full power 357 thru it no problems it shoots great, preaty accurate to be what it is. I didnt notice it kicking hard but two days later and my hand still hurts but this is not a range gun. I will ccw it and mostly for deep conceal i have a m&P 40C that I carry every day.this gun is a replacement to a taurus tcp 380acp that i do not trust to many issues to trust it. I had an nra slider holster that was a tight fit but once the leather stretched a little bit it fits great and works well for iwb or owb i also ordered a sticky holster for it. all in all I love it and feel much better carrying two 357 rds than 380acp that drops the mag after every shot. it does weight a lot more but its balanced out good.
