The grips are very comfortable and easy to hold, just feels good in your hand. The sights are superb very easy to focus on your target. Super air lite very easy to carry just a little over 11 ounces. I have fired 200 rounds with it 4 different brands of ammo and it was flawless! Very little recoil, easy to get right back on target. I love this gun! Yes it's a little pricey but I'd rather pay a little more and get a lot more! I have ordered from Bud's many times with never a problem!

Everything I have ordered so far has always been smooth. This little super light weight. 22 magnum was no exception. What a really nice revolver to have. It is pricey, but what a nice gun. Thank you Bud's

This is a great revolver. More power than a 22lr but no real increase in felt recoil. Love the sights. I have great confidence in it for self defense. Gave it to a daughter for her isolated trail bike rides and cross country skiing. I guess I’ll get another one.

I have purchasaed several guns from Buds and have always received good service and price. The following review does not reflect badly on buds. I purchased this S&W revolver (351) as a carry in the pocket firearm. Upon receipt, everything looked Ok from the outside. Then trying to fire the double action, I had to call a Gorilla to pull the trigger. 12 lbs. Now what was S&W thinking? Not everyone is a muscle bound young person. I could not fire this gun without help. So, not to be defeated, I purchased a spring kit from Apex. Pulled the plate off removing the three screws, which were in using lock tite - really? Yeah needed heat. Then I noticed the post that is permanently mounted to the frame, which holds the return spring assembly, appeared to have been replaced by somone (possibly S&W). The interior bluing was all scared off and looked as if they used a claw hammer to do the job. But, Apperared to be solid, so I installed the spring kit - now 6 and one half lbs. double action. So, I am writing this post being disapointed in S&W. You pay top dollar for a firearm and hope you get a good one. This was not the case. Careful examination of the plate screws indicated someone had visited the interior before me. Assembly worker tired and wanted a raise? - who knows. Whatever the case, I have purchased my last S&W. Sorry, there are too many good quality guns out there, not needing rework after purchase. Don S.

This thing is so light weight and comfortable you really forget you are carring anything. I have found it to be hard to hold steady shooting because of the weight, but I'm practicing with it. Also great sights on this little revolver.

I bought this to use as my concealed carry. I am pleased with this S&W. I took it with me when I visited my brother who had no experience with firearms. This pistol is so accurate that he clustered over 80% of his shots! I questioned his statement that he had not shot prior to this pistol. He loved it and now wants to order one for himself. The range master was equally impressed with the weight and accuracy of this pistol. In fact, he had other employees take a look and they equally were impressed. This is the first purchase I've made at Buds and it's not my last. The pistol arrived within the time they said it would. Shopping at Bud's was so easy. I later bought some 22 magnum rounds for 38cents apiece. The best price I found in years, and I live near the CCI manufacturer. Thank you, Bud's.

Hopefully this is helpful for anyone considering this gun. At first I was a little shocked with how light weight it was, but just looks beautiful. Was a little hard to get the cylinder open but after a good cleaning and putting rounds through it, it softened up and works just fine. I heard a lot about a concerning heavy trigger pull, But really I thought it was fine. To me it’s about the same as the pull on my 686. Really fun to shoot, not 1 misfire so far and shoots as good as you can manage. Recoil felt light, more than a 22lr, but lighter than a 38 out of the L-frame 686. Very happy with the purchase, would reco to anyone on the fence- you will love it.

I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The pistol is beautiful and quite a firearm. Fun to shoot and great for a backup pocket piece. Wife enjoys shooting it to practice trigger and breathing skills. Thanks again Buds!!

I bought this gun to carry in my pocket. I have carried it and it is all I had expected. It is small and the size lets it be comfortable to carry just what I was looking for. A word of caution if you are going to target shoot wear ear protection, that's all I'm going to say. I'm very satisfied with my gun an especially happy with Bud's guns.

I have heard nothing but good for S&W products. I have purchased 2 S&W revolvers and both have quality control issues. I would say the same quality as Taurus, I currently am waiting on S&W to fix the issues... On this pistol the barrel pin was only half way in, but looked like someone else besides the factory tried to hammer it in. There’s paint drips in the finish, so for a snub nose for the mid $700’s in my view should look like it came from the performance center... Buds was great, fast and simple!

OUTSTANDING revolver. Fits my requirements exactly. I'm a retired law enforcement officer who spent 33 years on the job. For half of that time I carried a revolver, and for the later half I carried a semi auto. The revolver is far more reliable. Don't get me wrong. A quality semi auto is very reliable if properly maintained and the magazines are rotated, but they'll eventually have a malfunction. I can set a loaded revolver for years, pick it up, and it will fire. Back when I was qualifying every 3 months, maintaining the semi auto and the mags was no problem, but now that I'm retired I really don't have the time or inclination to keep up with it properly, so I'm more comfortable with a revolver. Since retiring I pretty much always carry a firearm in my back pocket. It's my preference, because it's comfortable, and it's always there. I have several air weight 38s, but none are really light and compact enough for me to comfortably carry in my back pocket all the time, so for years I've pretty much carried a small 380 or 32 semi auto. Over they years I've purchased numerous firearms from Bud's, so I happened up this 351PD while browsing one day. To my surprise I noticed that it's about the same weight as my Ruger LCP, so I couldn't pass up! Thanks to Bud's for the quick shipping. I changed the grips to the Pachmayr compact pro grips, and this revolver feels great in my back pocket, and for anyone who knows how to correctly fire a DA revolver, it's damn accurate. I know that some will say 22WMR is not a self defense round, but anyone who's ever hunted with it knows different. I carry the Hornady Critical defense ammo, and feel confident with this revolver in my pocket. In my opinion I'm not making felony vehicle stops, or kicking in doors anymore. I don't need a high capacity hand cannon. I just need something reliable, and comfortable enough to carry so that I'll always have it with me as a last resort to get out of a jam, and this 351PD fits the bill to a T for me! Thanks again to Bud's for the great service!

Exactly what I wanted, very satisified with the firearm and purchase

I really like the S&W 351PD AirLite 22 magnum snub-nosed revolver. Compact size fits well in pocket holster for concealed carrying. Hard-hitting .22 WMR round delivers some impressive recoil for a .22 caliber but the recoil is easily manageable. Seven round cylinder is a plus. Tight, stiff double-action initially but it seems to get smoother with some use. I doubt that I will ever let this one go. My only criticism of any of my seven transactions with Buds is the long delay in processing an electronic check. Five business days after the transaction is initiated plus and additional two or three days for shipping and delivery to the FFL seems excessively long to me. Otherwise, I've been completely satisfied with all my gun purchases from Buds.
