Today I received a new 44 mag from Buds. I am very disappointed with this new handgun because the trigger and hammer do not have any protective coating of any kind. The trigger is rusting and has a large spot of rust that will have to be sanded and finished. The hammer has many small rust spots and well also have to be removed for a finish sand and coating. Look close at the display picture and if you look close it is bare unprotected metal. I missed this in the picture and no mention of this in the description. To have a finish may be over one hundred dollar per call to a gunsmith. If this would have been done at the factory it would have been a few cents. Is this too much to ask for on a 500 dollar item.
