Ruger 22/45 Mark III 22LR 5.5" Blued ADJUSTABLE SIGHTS
[0107]
$281.00
by Robert Z Date Added: Thursday 03 May, 2012
This was my first gun purchase and I was looking for something that I could take to the range and not spend too much on ammo. The first time I took it to the range, I ran 300 round through it and it performed flawlessly. The second time at the range I had feeding issues and the safety officer at the range said that one of the two magazines I received with the gun was bad. He also oiled the gun, but I the same brand/box of ammo that worked flawlessly the week before kept sticking. I took the gun home and tried to break it down to clean it, but it jammed. I took it to the range and asked for their assistance, but they couldn't figure it out and sent it to the gunsmith. I was told that I should get it back in a few weeks. I was feeding a Mossberg Tactical 22LR Adjustable Stock 25rd Magazine #37204 the same ammo without any problems.

Once I get the gun back from the gunsmith, I may sell it as I have learned a large number of people believe that this gun is the hardest gun to break down and clean. Since I am a novice, I should probably start with something that is easier to break down and clean.
