This firearm is everything my research said it would be. The double action is as smooth as my 38 police special and single action is basically undetectable for trigger pull. It is a hunk of steel that I wouldn't want to carry all day but for home defense this is the number. Out of the box I shot five inch groups with zero issues. This was a great deal too, $20-30 lower than local offers. Very satisfied with the gun, Bud's service, and Jeff's Gun Shop my FFL dealer.
