I got this gun about a week ago. I took it to the range and fired 200 rounds through it, I had about 30 failure to feeds!!!!! Being a long time owner of glocks I was shaking my head. I could not figure out what the issue was. I am a avid shooter so limp wristing was out of the question. I did some research on the Internet and found that my grip on the gun was coming into contact with the slide release and causing the slide to lock back when a round was fired. I tend to take a pretty high grip with my support hand. I swapped out the extended slide release that the it came with for a factory regular slide release off of my glock 21. I took it back to the range today and ran 150 rounds through and it was flawless!!!!!! This is by far the best glock I own!!!!!!! This gun is VERY accurate!!!!! As usual buds is top notch. I recommend this to anyone looking for a great gun.
