First, Buds is great. The shipping was reasonable, it got to my dealer quick, the price was reasonable. But I took this out of the box, fed 2 3/4" snap caps through it to try to break in the action a bit before taking it to the range (and who doesn't love racking a shotgun anyway?) and after maybe 50 feeds gun stopped feeding shells. I took it apart and realized that the cartridge interrupter and slide had apparently been poorly manufactured and had been banging into each other and no longer were mating properly, causing shells to be stuck in the tube. Again, this is a brand new shotgun. My numerous attempts to contact mossberg (its not bud's problem) have not been answered. I've sent probably 10 emails and left at least as many messages with Mossberg customer service describing the problem in detail and have not heard back ONCE. At this point I'm gonna just replace the parts myself since Mossberg apparently has no interest in supporting their product. I should have just bought a Remington-they might at least pick up the phone. If you're on the fence, I would not recommend this shotgun.
Again, all credit to Bud's, this is my second purchase from them and they've been great, but I'll never buy another mossberg product.
