Gun delivered within 9 days (a little slow) but came in factory box with all accessories. Customer service was excellent throughout. The gun was dirty, but that seems to be the case with all guns from S&W since they are factory fired but not cleaned. No marks, scratches, dings, etc. Just as advertised, and the price was unbeatable.
