I purchased the KT P-32. It arrived promptly; however, with a broken firing pin spring. I sent it to Kel-Tec and 7 weeks later it was returned, repaired at no charge. I understand that about 40% are shipped from the factory with quality problems. Customer Service is very friendly and efficient, but I'd recommend a "Fluff and Buff" on any Kel-Tec product before the first shell is fired. When quality is restored, it's a fine, accurate "mouse gun".
