They say you can modify a 1911 magazine to work in the CW45. I do not recommend that. These work a lot better.

Good product. Nothing beats factory correct magazines. They fit and function perfect. The only caveat to mention is that spring tension did diminish noticeably after storing them loaded for about a year. I regularly cycle my carry ammo to keep it fresh, but I had 2 backup mags that were in "deep storage" that sat for a year. When I cycled the rounds out I noticed that the follower tension was weak when approaching the last 2 rounds. To test this for functionality, I fired from both of these mags and both followers failed to present enough upward force/tension to positively engage the last round hold open or "slide lock" function. This was a repeatable failure. It's an easy enough fix. Break the mags down, stretch the spring a bit, reassemble and the problem is solved. I know some people squawk about that and say "buy 10% rate increase springs", but I'm not doing that. My fix worked. I've not had any subsequent failures over several hundred rounds fired since. Bottom line: While a bit pricey, the mags work as they should. Yes, I'd buy them again.

Factory Khar mags, no problem.Still saved 20 bucks over buying local, with the 10. chargefor insurance shipping, you cant beat that! HAPPY!

It's a factory mag and works just like it should. Good price from buds and quick shipping. I really don't like that the Kahr mag hangs down a little and you can see the silver a bit. No functionality issues, just aesthetics. Good to have an extra, too bad you only get one with the gun, but you'd pay for it either way.
